I have to give compliments to Mr. Tereso from MAMBO at 6101 Airline. I wrote a review about a Special Rice on their survey. The Special Rice went bad in just a couple of hours after we got it home and shared it with family. Today I got a call from Mr. Tereso apologizing for the Special Rice that went bad, got a refund for my purchase. Plus, got credit for my next purchase. I am very surprised at how quickly I got a response. Not very many places care as much as MAMBO SEAFOOD. Mr. Tereso was extremely polite and friendly, professional. Thank you Mr. Tereso you are a very big asset to your team at MAMBO SEAFOOD. Give this place a try,, the food is fantastic, now even better with the type of customer service and appreciation.
Was not full, maybe 50% capacity, took over 30 mins to get food, out of 9 plates, 2 still didn't arrive and 2 had food cold, never again to this location

Mambo has changed though out the years. It could be the take over of Cuban workers. Ordered the number 1. The fish was pink, raw, not properly cooked. The Cuban or Venezuelan waitress was not at all top of her game. Needs more training.

Hi, I ordered a shrimp ceviche and my understanding a ceviche is made with tomatoes, onions, peppers, cilantro and avocado and cooked in lime/lemon. Instead I got big chewy and rubbery shrimp with round slices of cucumber, onions and avocado. A little disappointed. I couldn't eat it. 😩

Bussin😛 the food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. I had a good time and enjoyed dinner with my family. The manager Ridle, I think that was his name, was also very helpful and welcoming. It was almost as if we were having another family dinner at home. Highly recommend! Just like Arnold Schwarzenegger once said “I’ll Be Back” 😎
