I have to give compliments to Mr. Tereso from MAMBO at 6101 Airline. I wrote a review about a Special Rice on their survey. The Special Rice went bad in just a couple of hours after we got it home and shared it with family. Today I got a call from Mr. Tereso apologizing for the Special Rice that went bad, got a refund for my purchase. Plus, got credit for my next purchase. I am very surprised at how quickly I got a response. Not very many places care as much as MAMBO SEAFOOD....
Mambo has changed though out the years. It could be the take over of Cuban workers. Ordered the number 1. The fish was pink, raw, not properly cooked. The Cuban or Venezuelan waitress was not at all top of her game. Needs more training.
Bussin😛 the food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. I had a good time and enjoyed dinner with my family. The manager Ridle, I think that was his name, was also very helpful and welcoming. It was almost as if we were having another family dinner at home. Highly recommend! Just like Arnold Schwarzenegger once said “I’ll Be Back” 😎
