Went to the North Star San Antonio location and was super disappointed. First time we came here everything was perfect and yummy!!! This time we came and got hard as rock mangos in our cups, when I asked the gentleman that tended to us about the mangos being hard and unripe he proceeded to argue about the mangos being out of season therefore they would be very hard. My husband explained that out of season doesn’t mean they are going to be very hard that it just means you pay more for the costs of mangos. Then the gentleman explained to us that Biche is Spanish for green and that is how they are supposed to be (hard and unripe) and then said “I’m not trying to argue just trying to fix the problem”.Just saying your customer service needs to be better and your fruit needs to be better it all tastes musty and hard as rocks. Super dissatisfied I will not recommend this place

I got the mango salad popular style. I literally couldn’t believe that they served this too me. The mangos were rock hard like totally unripe and inedible, like they literally cut that up this morning and actually sold it like that. It was so bad. Also the lady who served me was rude and didn’t even give me my change until I mentioned it. Totally a scam place. Like home girl really mixed this up knowing it was completely inedible.

The smoothies aren’t really it tbh, they don’t really taste fruity as I expected to be and I got the summer breeze which I expected more a pineapple/mango taste but it taste more musky than anything?I would honestly more so go for the fruit bowls here, honestly a decent snack. Taste pretty good and kinda worth more 8 dollars than the smoothies.

I just went here and I was quite disappointed, the fruit itself wasn’t bad but was a bit warm. My real problem was with customer service, the staff was very rude and very dismissive of me. When I asked for a small mango bowl, they proceeded to start making a large! When I tried to correct them they told I never asked for a small! When they finally did make my my small bowl they forgot to add my cucumber and my watermelon! This was an overall disappointment andI will not be patronizing this establishment again until they learn some better customer service skills.

The pineapple was really good and sweet, watermelon too but the mango was just bad.. felt like I was eating the shell.. literally half of my cup was mango, Im a little disappointed for my first try. :/

I got an Açaí Mia bowl yesterday and got food poisoning, while eating I noticed a distinct flavor of extremely overripe/rotten fruits but felt it was just me since my friend was eating it too so I finished mine while she saved 90% of hers for later. Luckily nothing happened to her (she’ll toss the rest now) but I would say to be weary of what your bowl tastes like and if anything seems off then STOP EATING IT! I wish I stopped and said something sooner because I’m in so much pain now ?
The cashier refused to give me all of my change. Never encountered a more shameful display.

I came here and purchased the popular, and it was delicious. Unfortunately, I spilled my purchase on the way out going home. Alejandra, Leo, and Juan showed excellent customer service by replacing my preferred free of charge. It’s great to meet trustworthy people with excellent customer service with no hassle.
