THIS RESTAURANT HAS CLOSED. DO NOT WASTE TIME TRAVELING TO THIS LOCATION. I wish the owners would update their Google maps page to reflect this. When this restaurant was open it was the best. Not sure why it closed so suddenly but would love to see it open again one day. No health inspection notices posted on their doors or windows so not sure what happened from one day to the next.

First time here, and first time ordering Thai food off of menu as well. I don't remember the name of the dish but it was fantastic. During the lunch hour, came with the bowl of soup and a small garnished salad, both were delicious.It's within walking distance of the light rail, and the majority of large businesses in the downtown area. Will definitely go back

Best Pad Thai I've had! The tempura shrimp were great and the spring rolls were perfect! We will be back since it's walking distance and so good!!

Stopped here for a quick dinner. It was kind of late but the waitress was kind enough to let us in. We ordered steamed chicken dumplings, masaman curry chicken and pad ke mao chicken. All 3 were spot on! Highly recommend this place if you are in downtown and are in the mood for Thai food!

I've always enjoyed Mango Tree's delicious massaman curry - the best in Houston in my opinion - for decades but today, I received less than spectacular results...11/30/20 Monday**Drove one hour from galveston to downtown for lunch**Arrived at 2:20pm CST to an empty restaurant**Was told by cashier (pink hair), "Do you mind getting take out? We close in like 30 minutes".**I left and drove one hour back home to Galveston, eating McDonalds on the way back. Google Maps shows they close at 300pm CSTI'm giving the restaurant 3 stars instead of 1 because this is an exception, not the norm (I hope), having enjoyed this restaurant for 20 years. Bewildered that a restaurant would turn down business on what is perhaps the slowest day in the restaurant business all year (the Monday after Thanksgiving), amid a pandemic, empty downtown and an even emptier restaurant ?
