The person who serves has a terrible attitude. Everything bothers him, as if they were charging him for providing good service... he doesn't want to go back like that, I felt bad and uncomfortable for asking for something that I paid for myself.

I read a few other views on another site and wasn't sure what to expect. I walked in and it took a while for someone to wait on me. I really like agua fresca so I ordered one but was too sweet and much larger than I anticipated so I couldn't drink it all. I also ordered some cookies and cream ice cream -it was ok but also it had more of an aspartame taste and almost too milky. They sell other snack food so I may give it another try but I won't be in a rush.

Clean location good ice cream. And the fruit is super good my kids love it. Almost didn’t stop because of a review I read but when we walked in we were greeted and samples were provided. Very clean environment

I have to say that at first I liked this place, because I think that what is sold there is delicious, but I think that they have absolutely no care when preparing the food, because plastic parts have come out as if they cut the boxes where food is served, that makes you think about hygiene, and they are very inattentive, on two occasions I asked for one flavor of snow and they served me another... they did change it but it's unpleasant for that to happen, in addition to the such a penetrating smell of burning oil, it seems that they do not have a ventilation system, you come home with that unpleasant smell on your clothes and hair, it is true that they are friendly, I cannot complain about that, but nothing is worth it if those aforementioned things happen Hopefully they will put batteries with that, it is my opinion.

Came in and order my elote when I was mixing it up a piece of stubbed hair was in it I knew it was not mine because it was from where I mixed it up from the bottom when I went to show the guy who usually checks out the people all he did was pulled it out and looked at me with a confused face and said “so what do you want me to do” do you want me to switch out for a new if that feel you at ease because there all wearing hats, it’s however you feel. In my head I was In disbelief on how he handled it I told him you know what never mind because the way you’re saying it I don’t want anything I left it there on the table not even wanting anything from this place. Mind you this yes they did have hats on but not one of them had hair nets. Just felt like it could’ve been handled in a different manner with a different attitude.
