Took my Lil Best Friend for a treat
Came here with my friends after eating, got the Strawberry shortcake, and it’s was good! Definitely a nice lil spot for sure and definite go to spot now.
I haven’t been here yet but I was researching good Ice Cream places in Houston and this came up so I will go there and try there ice cream.
This is the best yogurt I have ever had, the waffle cone and bowl are the best, my mouth is just watering thinking about how good it is. I always have the cheesecake and strawberrie

Went in this store today with my sister, mom, and aunt. My sister got her ice cream but they had some leftover on the slab. She asked for them to not throw that away as it had all her mixings. She wanted that part on top of her ice cream. They were non compliant and the older lady in my sister face tried to be slick and scrap the part that she was asking for in the trash (IN FRONT OF HER FACE)!!!
The nerve of this rude and unprofessional person. I will never return here again. This place is horrible and rude.

We just had a very unfortunate experience at the Bellfort Marble Slab in Meyer Park. We decided to celebrate my son’s baseball win with his grandparents who had driven all the way from Dickinson with some ice cream. We ordered 6 ice creams and my dad ordered a rum flavored ice cream, but it did not taste good at all. Unfortunately, he hadn’t tasted that flavor before ordering a medium serving of it. We asked to please have it replaced with another ice cream and the girl working said NO. She told us that he should’ve tasted it first because she wouldn’t replace it. She said ¨why would I give you a free ice cream?¨ And she said it didnt matter that we didn´t like it, because no one had a problem with it before us and she didn´t see a problem with it. I looked at the tub and only his serving had been scooped out of it. She tried to tell me that they switch the tubs out for new ones, but there is no way that anyone had tried that batch of ice cream. He had barely eaten any. but we all tasted it and not only did it not have a rum flavor, it did not taste good at all and was not edible. Not even to try and eat it, so we gave it back to show it wasn’t just a preference thing even if we paid for it . When we left it on the counter employee pointed to the trash can and said “The trash is right there” because for some reason she didn’t even want to be bothered to dispose of the ice cream. We asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I asked for a contact to the store manager or owner and she refused to give me a contact other than a name, saying that we should look it up.She also even refused to give me the phone number to the store and said I should look it up. Only after I started videoing the incident did she look up the number and write it down, with the comment, “you know that’s the number to here and we are the ones that are going to pick up the phone. She turned a celebratory occasion into a disappointing, awful and frustrating experience. We have celebrated so many kid wins here as customers at this store for 8 years. So disappointing. I have never had an establishment refuse to replace something that tasted bad.

Wife just came back from the Marble Slab at the S. Post Oak location. Woman behind the counter refused to add toppings to her ice cream( they had just washed the Slab) What's an ice cream without the toppings? Very rude and unprofessional.
Very delicious ice cream
Staff was ok, cream was good
A small band of family foodies started out looking for a coffee shop and one malcontent started talking about ice cream, that'll teach us to ask for his opinion, ice cream it was. My wife and I tried one scoop in a cup, Mine was coffee ice cream wit' Heath bar crumbles mixed in, good stuff. My wife got one scoop in a cup. Our son and daughter in law stepped it up a notch but I was so engrossed in my own little ice cream world....I forgot to ask what they got. The service was as good as the frozen treats. Our son wanted an ice cream cake, none were available but it was pretty late in the afternoon.
