I would just like to say how WONDERFUL the service, employees, and ice cream are. My favorite is the raspberry. Specifically, the new girl I have noticed with the gorgeous gold long earrings is very attentive and holds eye contact which is good customer service!! And the young, tall boy is quiet but very hard working!! I would 100% recommend and come again!! Yum!!

We have been going to this location past 1 and half months with my husband and every time we have same flavor. This location offers best quality ice cream and the girl who working there she is super cute and amazing. We always got best service. Highly appreciated her and and the team.

I had a horrible experience here. When we walked in, there were 2 people waiting to be helped while the employee continued to ignore them so they ended up walking out. I waited about 5 minutes then the employee noticed I wouldn’t just “walk out” he then rolled his eyes and looked at me like he was annoyed, didn’t ask me anything but just stared at me until I felt uncomfortable. I told him he was rude and walked out. I will never return to this place again. Horrible customer service

I ordered an ice cream cake from this location for my dad’s birthday, and it was perfect! It looked great and tasted even better. Everyone loved it. Highly recommend if you're looking for a delicious cake or treat for any special occasion.

This location is super consistent and very helpful when accommodating allergies. As someone with a nut allergy who loves marble slab, it’s greatly appreciated when staff are proactive and efficient.
- The only real critique I have for this location is: PLEASE GET THE LOW-FAT VANILLA YOGURT IN STOCK HERE! there’s no nearby locations that have it besides willowbrook mall & that location is terrible.

Dietary restrictions: They mixed my ice cream in a separate bowl instead of on the slab along with using new utensils + toppings from the back in order to avoid cross contamination!

Prices are alright. Cost about $9 for the waffle cone with brownies, sprinkles and two scoops. Employee will let you taste test as many time as u want until you pick a flavor. Pretty quick service and they mix the ice cream right in front of you on a cold stone.
