The place was very dirty, and the staff didn’t wear gloves, which made it feel unsanitary. Thought it was very expensive for what you get. Place could also use a remodel.

I came here wanting a slice of a cookie cake. They didn't have any as they only had circle cookies. I got a couple of the strawberry cookies. They were way too sweet so after eating one, I gave the other away. The gentlemen there was friendly and the place was clean.

I visited this place for the first time yesterday since I have been going to Marble Slab Creamery for many years, but this location's service and quality of ice cream are really good.

Too sweet. Expensive. Bought two small cones. Came up to about 20 bucks. Never again.

Staff is terrible. The ice cream is not set at the right temperature. The ice cream was more than half melted and the staff would not remake or give a refund. I would never ever go back to this place. Terrible customer service and a waste of money.

I would just like to say how WONDERFUL the service, employees, and ice cream are. My favorite is the raspberry. Specifically, the new girl I have noticed with the gorgeous gold long earrings is very attentive and holds eye contact which is good customer service!! And the young, tall boy is quiet but very hard working!! I would 100% recommend and come again!! Yum!!

So the ice cream is good but that's a given, how do you go wrong with ice cream? What I really like about this place is the staff. It's always nice to see hard working kids.

We have been going to this location past 1 and half months with my husband and every time we have same flavor. This location offers best quality ice cream and the girl who working there she is super cute and amazing. We always got best service. Highly appreciated her and and the team.

I had a horrible experience here. When we walked in, there were 2 people waiting to be helped while the employee continued to ignore them so they ended up walking out. I waited about 5 minutes then the employee noticed I wouldn’t just “walk out” he then rolled his eyes and looked at me like he was annoyed, didn’t ask me anything but just stared at me until I felt uncomfortable. I told him he was rude and walked out. I will never return to this place again. Horrible customer service
