I was really looking forward to visiting this Marble Slab location, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing compared to other locations I’ve been to.
First, I noticed that they measure the ice cream exactly in the cup, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing—it was just different from what I’ve experienced before. I understand they’re aiming for precision in portion sizes. However, the mixing process was rushed; they only did about two folds, so my mix-ins weren’t evenly distributed, which took away from the experience.
The most frustrating part was when I asked for hot caramel as a topping, but the staff member accidentally added hot fudge instead. Since I don’t like fudge, I immediately let them know, but instead of making a new one, what seemed to be the owner simply scooped the fudge off the top. This didn’t fully fix the mistake, and the ice cream was no longer enjoyable for me.
It’s unfortunate because the staff was very nice, but overall, this was the worst Marble Slab experience I’ve had. I hope they improve their attention to detail and mixing process in the future.

Ice cream was very good. Creamy and not overly sweet. The owner was very kind. He made my shy and picky 2 year old an ice cream snowman head. He ate the whole thing. I would recommend this place.

Overall, it was a decent experience, but it's definitely not my favorite location. I have been to many Marble Slab locations, and it's generally the same everywhere I have gone. This location, however, seems to have a problem with keeping their ice cream firm and cold. The young man that made our ice cream was nice, but the ice cream was almost soup by the time he mixed in the add-ins and gave us the ice cream. So, if this is a problem with multiple customers, then maybe the general manager should figure out the issue and fix it.
I saw some one else post about runny ice cream at this location, so I figured I would try it out myself and see. Unfortunately the ice cream was quite runny upon purchase and melted instantly when going to sit outside. Paid $22 for two bowls of ice cream. ($7 for the ice cream and $3 for the bowl). Customer service was awkward and uncomfortable. This location needs upper management attention.

It's OK ice cream, but all my toppings tasted stale and old, which made me worry about how old was the ice cream I was actually eating. Along with toppings, they were awfully stingy and put the most minimal amount of topping even though I didn't ask for many. Place didn't seem clean either especially the restroom. I wouldn't come back.

The mix ins, nuts are expired my girl had to throw her 10 dollar icecream. Were overcharged as there is no details on the receipt when we asked about they said it was taxes.

Bad service, I ordered 4 small cones with unlimited toppings and when I made my payment they charged me for 3 regular cones and one best value cone, in addition to charging me 99 cents for each snow cone I ordered as if they had given me an extra one, when I made the payment, they did not give me a receipt and when I requested it, that was when I realized all the extra charges that had been added, I went to this branch because it was close but I would prefer to go to the branch of my choice even if it is further away, in addition to the presentation of The cones were much smaller than what they normally give in different of their branches and the manager only excused himself by saying that it was the girl's first day when he was the one who made the payments and he also prepared the cones with the girl's help.Bad service, I ordered 4 small cones with unlimited toppings and when I made my payment they charged me for 3 regular cones and one best value cone, in addition to charging me 99 cents for each snow cone I ordered as if they had given me an extra one, when I made the payment, they did not give me a receipt and when I requested it was when I realized all the extra charges that had been added, I went to this branch because it was close but I would prefer to go to the branch of my choice even if it is further away, in addition to the presentation of The cones were much smaller than what they normally give in different of their branches and the manager only excused himself by saying that it was the girl's first day when he was the one who made the payments and he also prepared the cones with the girl's help.
