Came here on a Saturday evening and was surprised by how there wasn't any line. Very clean and tidy inside. I liked how this location had The Great American Cookie at the same location. I ordered the regular size of chocolate caramel pecan. The size was much bigger than I expected. It was vanilla ice cream with lots and lots of mini chocolate chips mixed in and pecans drizzled with caramel and chocolate on top. I loved the amount of mini chocolate chips, the pecans tasted...
If you want ice cream this is the place to go. Place is nice and clean and the staff is great. Only complaint would be the lack of space/seating if it gets busy as it can get crowded near the sitting area.
Customer Service is pretty dry ; they don’t speak when you walk in - no thanks, you’re welcome, nothing of that sort. Ice cream was good i guess. The location is usually clean, never really any long lines. Just wish the customer service was better, but what can you expect from a bunch of teens.
