It was gross! Walked into the restroom to wash hands and my daughter screams because roaches were in the sink.! We get the icecream and the guy did not have gloves on I'm so disgusted couldn't eat ice cream. We will NEVER return to this location.

Literally just left this place. The only worker who is like a young Hispanic chick, NEVER greeted or spoke a word to us. Her energy was negative from the START of the interaction. It was so bad she that we ended up leaving. I refused to let my hubby spend our hard earn money at a place that didn’t acknowledge us. Even her body language was negative. Rolling her eyes, waking away from me when I told her my daughter don’t need to taste the coffee sample. I will never go back to this location. Very poor customer service

marble slab great and all just not this one does not mix ice cream with the toppings like other marbles slab they just put on top with getting in to the ice creamWould have been nice to get the topping in the ice cream

Plastic lid was so thin and sharp it sliced my thumb, imagine if it was kid opening it. A kid is seriously going to get hurt with those lids.

Worse experience ever, overpriced 6$ for a tiny small cup by the way No price showed anywhere in this place, and what kinda ice cream place does not give a taste to customers! I realized Cause it doesn’t taste good anyway! Swiss chocolate flavor is nothing but cocoa powder With milk DO NOT GO THERE one star cause I can’t give no stars

Manager was very rude and tried to cheat me out my money when asked for refund on bad ice cream because he left to take someone home and locked the door and 6 customers where turned away and gave my husband back $6 when we paid $16 and product was left on the ledge because the young lady couldn’t open the door because he locked it

Don’t go here or anywhere else like this. OVERPRICED!!!! Holy cow! 9 dollars for a small waffle cup of yogurt!!! Sam’s club 1 dollar for soft yogurt and bigger too! This is robbery. If you have to charge so much please close your business and work for Sam’s Club or something.

This isn't the best Marble Slab. One of the employees grabbed the cone with his bare hands. And when I asked where his gloves were his excuse was he just washed his hands and they were hard to put on. The ice cream selections did not seem full and all of the toppings weren't present either, such as the butter pecan caramel and the butterfinger toppings.
