I been going to Marble slab for as long as I can remember whilst having nut allergies (my whole life) and nowadays, it’s like people are not competent enough to accommodate them. Keep in mind it’s in marble slab company statement that they will do what they can to aid people with allergies. I lead my orders off saying that my ice cream can’t be mixed on the slab due to allergies & mention that a piece of parchment or a mixing bowl from the back can be used instead. Been doing this my whole life and now it’s impossible! I don’t understand. I’ve given up on this location long ago (because other locations have easily helped me) & hope that in the future, people with allergies will be accommodated better.

Bad service, rude guy with long hair gave me the smallest amount of ice cream and worst service I have ever gotten at any Marble Slab. Don't recommend this Marble Slab.

The worst service I’ve ever had!!it was noo people at the line and he tried to rush me to checkout and scream literally!! Cero stars ⭐️?

3 people were working and I asked for a shake, however they were filled with mostly milk and barely any ice cream it felt like drinking melted ice cream. Same happened to my other friends. After we got our drinks, more people came to order but no one was at the register to even let us pay for over 10 minutes. By far the worst shake I’ve had and worst service at any marble slab

Almost $10 for one scoop of Mint Choc Chip in a bowl. No thanks. Will not be going back to Marble Slab with that kind of pricing.

I've been going here for years!!!! A lot of the flavors are still the same ... the consistency is amazing! Love all their ice creams. On top of that, unlimited free mix-ins? Yes, please!The service here is always fast, even though there's a long line... you ll be surprised how fast your turn will come. The people are nice and polite and of course the ice cream here is exceptional! The quantity is more than enough to share.It's definitely a must try!

Be careful they are charging for more items than you request. Double check your ticket.
