I like this marble slab, the service is great! I've been to some where they are kinda rude and just don't have good customers service. I enjoy this one in particular though. Clean and good ice cream. Good topping as well.

This location must have gotten ride of the fruits as I asked for strawberries to be mixed in my ice cream and they had none, very disappointing. Also portions for the same size were not equal. Would not return

Horrible customer service! It’s ridiculous if they don’t want to work they SHOULDNT NOT A WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE. If THE CUSTOMERS TELL YOU WHAT THEY WANT AND YOU DONT HEAR THEM THATS YOUR PROBLEM NOT OURS. NOT A REASON TO GET AN ATTITUDE AND DO THE ICE CREAM RELUCTANTLY. DONT GET MAD WHENEVER WE CORRECT THE ORDER WE’RE PAYING FOR!!!! It is ridiculous! Management should do something because this is one of the multiples times we’ve gone and gotten BAD/HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Ice cream was good but service could improve. Went in tonight and felt attitude from both gentlemen working when we walked in (40 minutes before closing time). A little friendly greeting when customers come in, or even a “Let me know when you’re ready or if you need help with anything” goes a long way. Silence and attitude doesn’t. Also neither people working were wearing gloves but one of their bracelets was going into the ice cream when they scooped and the other person touched the mixing device used to mix our ice cream. I think gloves should be used for those things.
I went in there and first of all, I wasn’t even expecting anything amazing but at least greet me and take my order when I’ve been standing there waiting. Anyways, I wait until I get possibly the rudest person I’ve ever seen work at an ICE CREAM SHOP in the world. She could barely ask me questions without mumbling, she has her AirPods in, and she snaps at me “can you like not “ because I leaned against the clear barrier. Babe, it’s an ice cream shop, I’m looking at the ice cream you’re making me to eat. Anyways, if you want lousy ice cream that somehow tastes stale and a rude person that is somehow miserable at an ice cream store (can’t imagine how she treats the kids), go there!!! You’ll love it.

Why is this the only marble slab in the world where you can order on the app, and they never claim it didn't come true. Then, if you order at the store, the employees claim their system isn't set up to give you your points when you present your number.I'm tired of the incompetence and now don't think it's just the employees. The franchise owner needs to make sure his organization is running right because, as of now. I'll go to other locations and make sure I voice my opinion to others about this location.

The location is busy, but fast. It's clean and very welcoming to all customers. As a foodie I recommend this place.
