Anyways, I wait until I get possibly the rudest person I’ve ever seen work at an ICE CREAM SHOP in the world. She could barely ask me questions without mumbling, she has her AirPods in, and she snaps at me “can you like not “ because I leaned against the clear barrier. Babe, it’s an ice cream shop, I’m looking at the ice cream you’re making me to eat. Anyways, if you want lousy ice cream that somehow tastes stale and a rude person that is somehow miserable at an ice cream store (can’t imagine how she treats the kids), go there!!! You’ll love it.

Service here is terrible. We typically order ice cream cakes from marble slab. We ordered a marble slab proprietary designed cake from this location for a birthday. Our daughters picked up the cake not knowing what it was supposed to look like. When we got it home we saw that none of the fixings that were supposed to be in and on the cake were included. It was sloppily done with fixings that did not go well at all. Too late to do anything as it was for a birthday. No one enjoyed the cake as we typically do. When we asked the store to refund or make the situation right, the manager/owner (whoever it was) could not have cared less and made no effort at all. We will not be coming back to this location. How do you mess up one of your own pre-designed cakes???

Why is this the only marble slab in the world where you can order on the app, and they never claim it didn't come true. Then, if you order at the store, the employees claim their system isn't set up to give you your points when you present your number.I'm tired of the incompetence and now don't think it's just the employees. The franchise owner needs to make sure his organization is running right because, as of now. I'll go to other locations and make sure I voice my opinion to others about this location.

This is the best Marble Slab Cream in houston. The customer service especially from Melanie is excellent and she is very customer friendly. Also, Miguel is very friendly and hardworking. The location is busy, but fast. It's clean and very welcoming to all customers. As a foodie I recommend this place.

Ice cream was soupy and I asked for it in a waffle cone. So it was not fulfilling at all. The toppings were not proportioned properly either. It was more like I was eating frozen yogurt. Unhappy.

Buttered pecan and rum ice cream and service is great too! My first time going and glad I did. Try it, you won't regret it
spent $26.00 on a medium cinammon/coconut cup, strawberry sorbet, and chocolate swirl. Ice cream was terrible, sprinkles were stale and crunchy, pure sugar, and sorbet was thrown away. Terrible all around! I will never go back.

The manager at this location is super rude, horrible customer service. I asked her to explain something on the receipt and was super rude about it. She also racially profiled me, starting talking Spanish to me when I was talking English to her the whole time, there was no way she could know, what languages I speak except for making discriminatory assumptions.

Anyone who knows me, knows that I love marble slab and this location is no different.. same great ice cream, same great taste and toppings. My review is about the service bc it will make me stop coming to this location. I came and for a waffle cone with my ice cream and toppings and it was a little busy so the guy who helped me rushed through making my cone. He handed it to me and toppings were falling off. Ice cream dripping down waffle cone, didn't even look like I had two full scoops. I had to ask for a cup when he handed me my cone. I should've just asked him to remake it but instead I left and was upset I wasted my money on a melted ice cream cone. So dissatisfied with the service but I still love marble slabs

Do not place your order online unless you want to be basically scammed out of your money with no response from the owner and no refund…..They failed to make the order that we placed hours in advance. They didn’t even have the cookie cake we paid for. They said they would make a different one. Ok, sure. Mistakes happen. We left and came back only to find out the cookie decorator wasn’t even there and the untrained staff made it. They said a refund was not an option and we could only go get the right cookie the next day. We needed it that night. The cookie cake was poorly done and didn’t even taste good. I wasted almost $30 and my time. I emailed them and they said they would not give me the refund still.I emailed them a few more times and they didn’t even respond. I have always loved marble slab, but they not only didn’t make the situation right and didn’t care to they didn’t even respond to my emails. They do not care about the customers they only care about your money. They would rather give you a cake that wasn’t done properly than refund you. I would have never paid for that, but was taken advantage of for paying online in advance. Read the other peoples comments it’s true. I’ve never left a review before, but this experience was truly awful.
