Marble Slab Creamery

Extremely hight, and the people was very rude, I definitely dont recommend this place

There are three Marble Slabs in this mall and for a week all three had blenders that didn't work in the evening. Hmmmm

We used to get ice cream here almost every weekend, and the staff was always attentive. However, this weekend was a complete nightmare. A rude and arrogant staff member served us. While we were trying to place our order, she was playing on her phone instead of attending to us. By the way, there were no other customers! She even claimed to be the manager of the store.

We’ve always paid $12.78 for two cones, but this time they charged us $19.44, claiming they were large. I had never checked the Google reviews before, but if I had known it had a 3.3-star rating, I would never have brought my kids here. This was the last straw! Unfortunately, businesses lose their major investments because of poor staff choices like this!

The ice cream is always fresh and so are the toppings. The service is always great.

The last time I visited I asked for a small size ice cream which means 1 scoop, he said they didn't have small so he could charge me for the regular size but still he gave me a small scoop in the cone. I have been eating at Marble Slab since I was 12 years old so I know what the sizes and prices are. I didn't want to argue and raise my blood pressure so I just paid the extra 1 dollar but they shouldn't train their staff to rip people off like they are idiots, that is what ruins businesses, the bad customer service.

We had vanilla ice cream, but it was the worst vanilla flavor we’ve ever tasted. It seemed like they added an excessive amount of vanilla extract. After consuming it, we felt dizzy and nauseous for several hours, and the whole day was uncomfortable. It seemed like they mixed an overwhelming amount of vanilla into the ice cream.

The girl with the glasses has zero knowledge of customer service, and it seems like someone is forcing her to work there.

Today in the afternoon I bought some ice cream, everything was delicious but the person who served us had a bad attitude and was very desperate for us to leave the place and that left me with a bad experience. I will not return to this place ?

A really nice girl took my order today, she had long hair with highlights she made my kids laugh and smile with the yummy ice cream she made! I’ve been going to Marbel Slab Creamery since i was a little kid and im so glad my kids love it as well, Definitely will be coming back.
