There'a at least two marble slabs in memorial city mall. One in the food court near the carousel. The other near dillards. The line near the carousel was longer, probably because it's in the food court area. So we went to the other one. The cashier told me there are actually 3 in the mall. Wow. Staff was nice but they didn't make our order right which was supposed to be dark chocolate and not Swiss chocolate. Still tasted ok but I love the dark chocolate more. No free water.

(Food court) A Young guy was so rude I am a frequent customer and I always order the best value size ice cream which came half full, when I asked him for napkins he threw them at me and left me with my hand outstretched waiting for the napkins, I was too disappointed ☹️

the employee there skipped us in the group to take the next person order even though we hadn’t finished ordering or paying. Pretty sure the temps were not correct as the ice cream basically was melted and the strawberries were rancid

Arrived well past opening and was told that they were closed. I arrived around 12:20 pm. Didn’t bother to go back and forth with the girl behind the counter. It shows 10am opening.

If I could give a zero, I would. I ordered a sweet cream and asked what I could add to make it similar to butter pecan ice cream. The young man suggested pecans. After making my order and giving it to me I could see at the end of the cooler that they had an actual butter pecan flavored ice cream. When I mentioned it to the young man his reply was, "yes we do". That would have been nice to know when I first inquired about butter pecan. Next, my husband ordered a regular size strawberry shake, they didn't have any more so he selected vanilla. They only had enough vanilla left to make a small shake however the cashier rang up a large which costs $0.40 more. I had to ask for the difference and the young lady went into the cash register and gave me back $0.20. When I brought it up to her she said that is what we would get back due to tax. Anyone who knows how to add and subtract would know that we were due back $0.40 plus tax. It is not the amount at all just the audacity of being ripped off by an ice cream retailer without a second glance. No customer service skills, no skills with handling point of sales and just unacceptable. I will never spend another nickel at this Marble Slab which is independently owned and operated. This location is bad for the overall brand. Do Better!!!!!

Service was fast and had no issues with our order. Not many ice cream options IMO but lots of toppings to make your combination.

there is little to no wait, friendly and quick service, and the ice cream is amazing. the only con is that the red velvet one melts extremely fast so i would advise to either eat it there/indoors or get another flavor if you are going outside.
