Service is horrible came in at 9:40 to purchase 4 different ice creams for me and the little ones but was denied service by the rude young lady with the winged eyeliner. I wanted toppings but was informed that I could only get plain ice cream so they can clean up and go home at a certain time. If the place does not stay open until 10pm change the hours to 9:30! I only go on West gray but was in the area, I will never return and don’t recommend!

Ain't the whole point of marble slab is the icecream off the slab!? They had it turned off at 9, very disappoint cause they didn't close till 11.

Ordered the pint size birthday cake with sprinkles and pint size vanilla with butterfinger pieces and chocolate chips. I must say this company has really shocked me. The order was correct and ice cream was smooth. I called the store to ensure receipt of my door dash order she was very polite and read my order back to me (I forgot to get her name). #Pleasant mini surprise #delicious #next time I come to Houston I will be ordering again #sorry the birthday cake with sprinkles was halfway gone when I took the picture

marble slab has good customer service. even when it’s packed they always seem to give people ice cream left to right. usually you would have to wipe the tables down since there could be residue from the last people that sat down. they got lots of flavors and ice cream toppings so you could add whatever you want.
