An outstanding example of Michelin service and a creative, themed tasting and paring menu. Truly wonderful from start to finish!
This is our fifth season at March. It did not disappoint. We have always enjoyed the pre-dinner sitting area with a unique drink and hors d'oeuvres. Well worthy the Michelin 1 star and perhaps a 2 stars.
Excellent restaurant, well deserving of its Michelin Star. The food was excellent on its own, but it was supported by an immersive story-like ambience and experience. The service and hospitality were impeccable.
This is our 5th season visiting March and the experience is always above and beyond expectations! We loved the Levant-inspired dishes this season and can't want to return for another outstanding meal.

The whole experience was amazing! The food was not only beautiful but so incredibly delicious with mix of flavors and textures so carefully and harmoniously put together that resulted in out of this world food! All of this by the hand of the excellent service from the moment you enter and are greeted by the host, until you leave. We will definitely come back.
Although I only gave the food 4 stars it was in comparison to last year which was phenomenal. The only dish that was disappointing was the amberjack crude. We love amberjack and it is a staple in our sashimi list but the cuts we received were not as crisp and somewhat fishy. The rest of the meal was excellent with the sea bream dish being the highlight! The service and attention to details were spot on and when we mentioned our concerns about the amberjack, the chef came out to address us in person. We will be back again as March is truly a well deserved Michelin restaurant in Houston.
March is truly on another level when it comes to fine dining in Houston. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance is elegant yet relaxed, and every detail feels intentional. The tasting menu is a masterpiece — each course beautifully plated, creative, and perfectly balanced in flavor. You can tell the chefs put incredible thought and artistry into every dish. Staff was also amazing and very professional.
Hands down the best restaurant in Houston! Service. Food. Atmosphere. All extremely elevated but not pretentious.

Very interesting and tasty food, excellent service comparable to Michelin starred restaurants in Tokyo and Kyoto Japan. The only suggestion would lowering the background music which was too loud thus somewhat interfered with the introduction of food by servicemen . Overall a very good experience and looking forward to a visit next season.
So glad to be back at March. The whole experience was incredible. The restaurant is stunning, the service was flawless, and the Levant menu was truly exceptional. It is always a joy to come back.
Just beautiful, I always celebrate my birthday at March each year and I wouldn't have it any other way. From the personalized menu and the signed birthday card; this season's menu is also amazing!
This is our new favorite restaurant in Houston and one of our favorite dining experiences of 2025 (and we have been fortunate this year to enjoy several Michelin and other spectacular restaurants around the world). We could certainly see why March has earned a Michelin star. Although not inexpensive, the tasting menu was worth every penny and in our experience was quite reasonable compared to other Michelin restaurants. The space is beautifully decorated in a very serene and simple style. The food is inventive, interesting and, most important, delicious. The service was excellent, profession and warm without being intrusive. We did not get the wine pairing but found the wine list offered a good range of options including a very nice bottle of chablis that was reasonably priced. We loved the Levant Region menu and cannot wait to come back for the next seasonal menu. Book now!
One of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had. The food was creative, delicious and well presented. The servers were attentive and knowledgeable. The flavors of the region were honored and elevated. Memories were sparked while eating a completely new dish! From drinks and amuse-bouche in the lounge to several selections of dessert we were clearly in the hands of experts! All this while avoiding a too fussy vibe. On point! Thank you, March.
