This place is really good. Food is always fresh. This guy understands flavor & texture. Ive had the rasta pasta, étouffée, jambalaya and the boudin bowl dish. They were all amazing. Ive ordered take out & delivery. It’s been awhile since I’ve visited the truck but when I did, I watched him make everything fresh.

This is a hidden little food truck gem. I had the combo etouffee and garlic bread. It was amazing. The portions are large and you will probably have left overs depending on how much you eat. The chef was very nice and personable. I'm going to go back.

I order from here often via Uber Eats, and I love it?,It’s around $25.00 for their bowl on top of the tip.So usually I’m payin $35.00.But, I gave them a 3 star for food only because they’re getting a tab bit stingy with their amount now.Before, the bowls would be filled, and now they’re showing gaps in my bowls.Come on now, I’m paying $25.00 for a pasta bowl that cost $2.00 to make.Please fill my food bowl.Please and thanks?
