I love Marco's Pizza, been ordering since they opened this location BUT lately they have gone down. I just ordered a pizza and the order was incorrect. I asked for original crust and light sauce and what I received was a wet thin crust mess. You need to get people who will actually pay attention to details and get someone to double check the orders. I went in the store to pick up my order and there was only one person working and on a Friday night!! Get it together please!

This location is absolutely the worst!!!! I love marcos pizza and used to order from the 1 in pearland never had any issues pizza was delicious and delivery was always on point. So now we have to order from the fuqua( new location) and I hate to say but since day 1 my 1st order/delivery was a horrible experience. Stopped ordering from there. Time past gave them a few more chances and 2 other time everything was ok so Saturday 8/23/25 order a pizza and said 35/40 min delivery. It came and went and nothing. 1 hrs later called location and s/w Phillip she said yeah sorry they don't have drivers and ask doordssh to pick up but Noone had oked to come get it. And then say ill go drop it off personally myself!!!!!wth u mean NOW you want to come drop it off!!!! I hr agao you knew it needed to be delivered so why didnt you come delivery it then?!! I said absolutely not it's cold and no phone call or nothing. If they would have called and told me ibwou1ld have gone myself to get it!!!! They are a mess and an embarrassment to marcos pizza!!!

Very nice staff. My family loves Marcos and love even more having a location close by. The staff is always kind. Not sure the young ladies name that very clearly knows her stuff, but she was so kind and patient despite being needed everywhere all at once.
I was so excited to see this Marco’s open right by my home. I’ve ordered multiple times and have not been disappointed. Customer service is great and food is always great!

She was sincere in her greeting (the most genuine smile),patient in her order taking (I had no clue what I wanted),delightful to watch while using her math skills (ensured I was maximizing my dollar), her knowledge of menu options was impressive. She even gave this old lady a crash course in technology...teehee as I had never used a QR code before. Consider these wordy words a small portion of flowers I'm certain you will receive in your lifetime at this rate of service. Well done young lady!
