How can you order a pizza, pay for it, and at the end they tell you that they have a gas leak????? How????? I didn't even get a refund for it!!!

So I’ve been ordering my pizzas from Dominoes but I’m 100% open to giving the new kid on the block a chance. Today my wife and I decided to give Marco’s a try. I’m going to be completely honest about our experience. When we opened the box we were overwhelmed with the amount of grease! I’m not talking about a little bit of grease on the box. I’m talking a “pool” of grease! I’ve never seen so much grease in a pizza box before in my life and I’m 62 years old. We ordered the pizza around 1:30 in the afternoon. No customers were in the store when we arrived and no vehicles in the parking lot. Our pizza cut mark indentions in it but wasn’t cut through. The pizza actually tasted fine. But having to look into a pool of grease until we were done was a bit much. Long story short, I’m not leaving Dominoes for what we purchased! How difficult is it for an employee to cut a pizza? I have no idea what to think about all of the grease other than I’ve eaten a LOT of pizza in my lifetime and NEVER seen so much grease! Houston, we definitely have a problem!

The pizzoli and calzone are my favorite, so delicious with the pizza/pasta sauce. They use roma and romesan seasoning that no one else has, and thats why I started going there. The hot honey is pretty decent too but my neices and nephews think its too spicy
The pizza was just awful. Full of oil. Turn it to the side and oil just dropped off. Threw it in the trash. And when I call Marcos pizza at Eldridge parkway and Beechnut and told him how much oil was on it the guy said. U do realize it's a pizza don't you ? What a stupid thing to say. No I thought it was aa hot dog. ! NEVER EVER again. !!!!

I ordered a pizza at this location, but I received a call from Zina, and she told me that they had no power there at the time. So she said I could pick up it up at the Westheimer location. I went to pick up the pizza and I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had received a discount plus some Cinnasquares which I hadn't ordered originally. Overall I was left very satisfied. Shout outs to Zina!

WOW! Can I just say that “Jason” is absolutely amazing! He made our pizzas with so much care and attention that it honestly blew me away. The flavors were perfect, the crust was spot-on, and you can really tell he takes pride in his work. The food was great along with the customer service!!
