So disappointing. This was our to go spot for pizza take out and this last time was HORRIBLE. Pizza was cold, and toppings were not even correct at all. The cheesy bread was hard, stale and hardly any cheese. This was a complete waste of $30 as my family ended up throwing away most of it. There is one gentleman who always has an amazing attitude and brings out curbside with grace and pizza hot and super delicious, but when hes not there, nobody acknowledges you, you have to go inside even tho you opted for curbside and they give attitude with cold stale pizza.. no way. You ask me to write a survey to make it right, yet your website doesn't allow for it. There is no way to submit a survey..it keeps saying website error

Nothing against this location I love Marcos Pizza but why in the heck can I not take part in Marco Pizza promotions, loyalty program, and /or get delivery to my address?? I’ve waited so long for physical locations to come up and I still have to use Doordash to get Marcos from the Fairdale “location”… I hate this!

Poor customer service and Poor attitude. Asking someone to add crust toppings on my pizza and to get it back with the toppings all over the pizza and none touching the crust is sad. After a long day of work then coming here to get pizza only to lack luster and enthusiasm is not what I was expecting. 👎🏽

I'm almost embarrassed to admit how often I'm at Marcos – sometimes it's twice a week! But honestly, I can't help myself. The pizza is consistently delicious, and the staff is just outstanding. They are so friendly and welcoming, it makes every visit a pleasure. I wish I could name everyone individually, but the whole team deserves a shout-out for their kindness and genuine care. They remember me and always make sure my pizza is perfect. Seriously, this Marcos location is doing it right! Highly recommend!

Ordered a pizza while at work. Never got it. Driver was less than helpful. Waited two hours!!!!! Got a refund. P.s. Door dash driver was not good at their job.
