Food poisoning a day before a cruise trip. I don’t think the employees were too happy we ordered before closing and purposely tampered with our order. Food was undercook and stale. We paid $50 and ultimately we had to throw it away.

I would like to recognize NOAH and TRISHA for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SMILE!! I rarely get a chance to have ( cheat day) now a days due to my cancer condition. And every time I get the opportunity I order from this location and they have gone above and beyond for me and even have included a little motivation sayings and well wishes. Only getting 2 stars for the pizza because it was good. However, I called and talked to Bryce the manager about some boneless buffalo wings I received that weren’t sauced. He had such a nasty attitude and I’m a loyal customer to this franchise. If he’s training the staff then it’s surely going downhill!

I ordered from Marco’s Pizza (12723 Cutten Rd) on August 1st and ended up in urgent care after a toothpick baked inside of my Pizza stabbed me under my tongue. The manager, Tricia, confirmed they don’t use toothpicks in-store, meaning this was brought from home by a staff member. I started antibiotics immediately and reported this to both management and the health department.
The worst part? No one from Marco’s has followed up or apologized. This could’ve seriously injured a child. I used to love this location, but after this disgusting and dangerous experience, I will never return.
Marco's Pizza continues to be one of my go-to spots for an easy, satisfying meal, especially for the kids! I ordered lunch from them today, and just like always, the food arrived right on time, hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious 😋! The delivery staff was friendly and courteous, which is always appreciated. I order from them a few times a month, and they've never let me down. Consistency, quality, and great service, that's why I keep coming back!

Placed order on Marcos website @ 3:33 father's day. Around 4:30 started to get text from door dash that driver was on way to get my order even though I never used door dash before. Time of delivery changed 3 times along with the drivers name @ 5:30 my order was canceled?????? Called the store and was told when they don't have driver's they use door dash and was told to contact them concerning my refund WTF i I ordered through Marco's website not door dash . Now Im short $50 and have no pizza. Will never ever order from here again and you shouldn't either!!! Horrible service!!! Never even offered to get it corrected just blamed on door dash!!
