I give this location 5-stars because there was a mixup with my pizza and the manager didn’t hesitate to replace it right away. Also, the delivery driver Beltran was a sweetheart! He was friendly and told me about the rewards program. Great customer service across the board!

My family and I love pizza and decided to place an order from Marco’s due to their proximity to our home. The order arrived and as my husband was eating he shouted because of tooth pain as he bit down on a pizza slice. The following images are from moments ago capturing a SCREW!

Ordered a pizza on Friday 13th. My order was 194, had my name on it. Person order 193 wad the same first name. I was given the wrong order. I paid 25.59 for a pizza the rest were cokes...total of 37. I went back next day with both my receipt and other pizza receipt. I want my 25.50 back not a credit for $10.00. That is what I was offered. I will be back tomorrow and I want my money which was cash back.

First time eating Marco's Pizza. Clean. Peaceful environment. Order of business is very considered with this crew [4:37pm]. Meaning everyone knew how to move. I ordered the small Deluxe, thin crust and Cheezy Bread. This pizza is gud (no - I didn't mispell it). The bread, too, was so gud - just some great comfort food. Tyler was the cashier. Very nice. Helpful. Respectful. Knowledgeable and truthful on items not available. Customer service - ON POINT! It's been a while since I've sitten in a pizza establishment. The world has become so convenient. So quick and non personal. So I took advantage of the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful eat. Marco's Pizza Summerwood, will be my go to for pizza.
It was my first time there and the young men that work there are very respectful and nice. Took my order, made sure it was correct when it came out and thanked me for coming. Will be back again

Stood at the counter for at 5 minutes while the employee was steady making pizzas. Did not acknowledge me at all, I finally asked if anyone was up front and the employee reluctantly came up and handed me my pizza that was ready for pickup. I appreciate the hustle of making pizzas, but don't leave me hanging, just standing at the counter for several minutes.

There was only 2 employees only, I got a hair in one of the pizzas. It was a bit pricey for me.
We got grease with a side of pizza! This is a little more than ridiculous, the pizza is so soggy & drenched in grease. If I could do 0 stars I would.. smh.

We tried to order a pizza online and their website is HORRIBLE. It complains that I don't have any addresses in my profile. Well DUH, you won't let me put one in there. What do you expect? Then, trying to order a pizza for delivery, there are only two lines for the address: Street and Apt/Suite Number. No lines for the city, state and zip. Then, of course, it complains that I haven't entered a zip code. No kidding. Couldn't order a pizza. I looked on Reddit and Marcos is getting trashed over their new website on there. Do you think there is any response from Marcos? As a matter of fact there was. The employees hate the new website from their side too. I hope they can fix the problems.
