This place is listed as delivery. And they don't. So why lie and waste people time. I never had Marcos. And not ill never eat at any. I hope to hell this company goes out of business.

Always good service and hot food! Today I waited in my car for my pizza and the employee sorry I didn’t get her name brung my pizza out voluntarily. Outstanding customer service the definition of going above and beyond.

We recently moved next door and were excited to start supporting the local businesses in the area. We had seen this place busy many times and finally decided to stop by.
My son and I were greeted kindly at first, and we had a very friendly conversation with the staff. I was genuinely interested in the place because we live nearby and expected to become regular customers. For context, both my son and I have light skin, blonde hair, and blue eyes, which may have led to some assumptions during the interaction. Throughout the conversation, we were speaking with the same employee — the only Caucasian staff member present at the time.
During our chat, that employee even began sharing how well the business had been doing financially, which felt a bit unusual to discuss with customers but the conversation remained friendly.
At one point, because Latin music was playing and several of the coworkers were Latino, I casually and respectfully asked if he had learned any Spanish. It was meant in a friendly, curious way — simply part of the conversation.
His response, however, was very strong and unexpected. He stated that he would never learn Spanish and said, “This is America,” and that “only English should be spoken here.” And whoever don’t like they can go back to their country!
The words and the tone in which they were delivered made both my son and me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
When I mentioned that we are Mexican, the atmosphere became even more awkward. The other employees present appeared uneasy as well.
I am not writing this to create problems, but I do feel it is important for management to be aware of experiences like this so they can make sure all customers and employees feel respected and welcome. Sadly, because of this interaction, we will not be returning.

I placed my order at 11am. A lady who could bearly speak any english took my order. When I get to pick up my order, the order was wrong and a white guy got very upset about my order being wrong when it was their fault.

DONT ORDER from here unless you want to get strung along for an hour, then told to show up at 3:30AM or your order is cancelled.
I showed up at 3:29 only for them to not let me enter and say they cancelled my order (without ever telling me). Insane behavior. Cashier is 18 with an attitude! Unprofessional and awful business that can’t handle its orders during its OPEN BUSINESS HOURS and leaves you to deal with the mess!

I pull up to Marco's Pizza getting ready to walk inside to order a pizza but they're only taking online orders at the moment. As I'm sitting in my car. Debating on what I want to eat. A customer comes to the door to pick up an order that he put in. The gentleman inside of Marco's Pizza is arguing with the customer, about his order. The employee tells the customer that they tried to call him multiple times. And on the last try he answers an employee told him to come at 3:30 and he'll give him his pizza. But when the customer arrives to retrieve his pizza. The Marco's Pizza employee denies him his food. So this is the reason why I give this place one star. And I've decided to find somewhere else to eat.

i ordered pizza on uber eats they said somebody already picked up my order which was impossible due to me not having a driver.. so i was asked to call up and there. i called and spoke with a night manager Philip who told me his assistant manager barely spoke english was passing out the order and could’ve mistakenly gave to someone else which was understandable so i proceeded to ask can you guys make the order again since i paid almost 30$ for one pizza.. he tells me he not responding for that and hung up in my face. when i tried to call back they let the phone ring. very unprofessional

Charles Kaylor he is the best employee that y’all have top 10. I am so grateful that y’all have him when it comes to Uber eats orders. He gets them done even if he’s exhausted. I hope this company values his work and accomplishment he has made for this business. Thank you so much, Charles.🥰😘
