My fiancé and I get the same thing every time from this place. Large pepperoni pizza (sometimes we add sausage) and 10pc BBQ wings. We order once every 2-3 weeks for the last year. Of the, say, 16 times we've ordered from them in the last year, they've messed up the wing order 7 of the times. I've been given Buffalo twice, Garlic Parmesean, Plain, I've been given boneless twice, and just now I was given a 6 count instead of a 10 count. I truly could not imagine having a 44% inaccuracy rating on orders. Of the 7 times, I've never gotten a refund, but I was credited once for free wings next time, and my food was taken back just now to go get my other 4 wings. Normally I'm told that no one is available to drive to me to fix it and I am left to eat a wing flavor I do not like. It's very frustrating. Everyone who works there seems very nice, so I don't understand why it keeps happening.

Marco’s Pizza? Never. Again. I called to order a small Philly pizza, and the guy, acting like he was doing me the favor of a lifetime goes, “I’ll give you a medium for the same price!” I thought, wow, what a legend! Spoiler alert: he wasn’t.
I get home, open the box, and I swear… it looked like this pizza had been left behind in the apocalypse. Cold. Dry. Cheese hardened into a sad crusty layer that was literally peeling off. It wasn’t even lukewarm—it was like they handed me yesterday’s reject. It was only a Philly in name. Just bread, dry meat, and regret.
Naturally, I called back thinking they’d want to fix this disaster. Nope. The guy answers, and from the second I start talking, he’s cutting me off, talking over me like I was wasting his precious time. No apology, no solution, just pure attitude. Honestly, it felt like complaining to a brick wall, except the wall might’ve been more polite. It was the worst customer service ever. At this point I requested a refund. He is yet to apologize. There was no offer to fix it or anything. Bottom line: promised me a medium, gave me a cold, incomplete mess, and topped it off with the worst customer service ever. The only thing Marco’s served fresh tonight was disrespect. Never ordering from this joke of a place again.

Pizza was delivered late, it was cold tasted horrible and they forgot my drink. I called and they had a horrible attitude. Go to the Marcos on Cypresswood, better service, better pizza and better deals.
