Cashiers are in kitchen with no gloves come to the front counter and don’t wash their hands, very unsanitary. Tried talking to manager and he said they didn’t have to wear gloves

Really bad service...will like to report everyone there and specially "jesse"...they give bad service and bad attitude and have restroom doors locked and will not let you use them...u will have to ask one of them to open the door for you...and they have a sign there that says only customers can use restroom no 3rd party or anybody else...this store is the one in fm1960 and Eldridge suite 600 and will like to talk to someone above every one in that store and make a report and have something done asap this don't need to be happening to me or other people

It's a decent place to get pizza. Didn't feel like driving in traffic to go to Ashays, so I decided to stop here instead. 3/5 stars ???

Easy to use app, pretty decent menu items to choose from and the pizza was hot and fresh when delivered. I have never had any problems when ordering from here. It’s one of my daughter’s favorite places to order from.

This location has continued to go downhill. We order the same items every time & there has been no consistency for months. One visit the pizza bowl is hearty, the next visit toppings barely in the bottom of bowl
the calzones are hit or miss as well as far as flavor on crust, more bread than filling, sometimes dark, sometimes light, & they ask which sauce on side & every time (approximately 20x now) we asked for garlic sauce and received marinara sauce. Tonight we tried the cheesy bread and it was dry, no sauce, cheese literally lifted off bread, not hot, & the food did not sit there as we were in parking lot and went in as soon as tracker informed us food was ready.

So I've been loyal to Marcos pizza for almost a decade, I've been ordering their pizza in multiple states and always enjoy, and have even helped many of my friends discover this place. However yesterday was my first very poor experience and is making me seriously doubt ordering again, at least from this location. The pizza I received was without a doubt overcooked. The cheese was so gummy I could only eat one slice. I don't usually call to complain unless something is truly inedible, I asked the others sharing the pizza with me if it was the same and they agreed. Sadly I couldn't even go for a 2nd slice of this large pizza. I called to let them know, and as I'm sure they've been scammed before, I wanted them to know I wasn't seeking a refund or a new pizza, I just wanted to give them a heads up because I want them to continue making great pizza like they used to. Well all I got was your stereotypical gaslighting, "there is nothing wrong we make it the exact same way every time the cheese is fine" adamant denial. I would have offered to send pictures or follow up but I realized this was a one way conversation to no where and it broke my heart, because I normally prefer Marcos to Pizza Hut or Domino's, but this is way too pricey to keep trying in hopes that they will fix the issue when they won't even acknowledge the possibility of something having gone wrong or a willingness to look into it. Maybe I'll try again in a few months but I'll definitely revisit the reviews before spending money here again.
