Worst customer service and food I ever had! First they meat my orderd up and didn’t wanna correct it or give me a refund but instead she said I was lying!I will never order a pizza ever again and I don’t recommend this spot to anybody else save your money !!!

This Dirty unwashed clothes MANAGER IS RUDE... White guy on duty 4:15pm on July 11 2024.... Walked up with an attitude problem... Asked me what my delay was... After employee already told him... He had an angry face on. He raised his voice at me said he couldn't hear me.... Over loud ovens.... He used words like "whatever" with the worst tone of voice. He was making fun of how I was talking and swear I heard him call me retarted...I KNOW THIS FOOL SPIT IN MY FOOD....I CAN FEEL THE HATE.... NEVER GOING BACK AND I will TELL EVERYONE I KNOW THE SAME THING. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE HAd iN YEARS. THIS GUY NEEDS SENSITIVITY TRAINING... Too bad I'm a local guide for food places... It's my job to report this stuff.

This place is always fresh and delicious .. I can't rave enough about their wings always large you actually eat meat.. it isn't a bunch of crust with a little meat.
Terrible service the website says they close at 12 when I got to the store 10 minutes before closing the guy told me “we are not taking any more orders” o told him the website states closing time at 12 they did not care! I know whey the my have a 3.9 rating now!!! Never coming back to this place!

Good afternoon, I had the pleasure of purchasing 2 pizza's, I would be completely honest, one of my favorite places to enjoy a pizza, For the most part great service, unfortunately not today, probably being picky, probably spoiled by thier great customers service at other locations, I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, we love the pineapple so we ordered triple pineapple, Unfortunately we did not get that, I questioned the manager Mr, Sydney He attempted to justify the pizza, by stating this is thier normal portions on pizza, my response then why have the option for triple pineapple, I stated that I have purchased from other locations and it's triple pineapple, This pizza looked delicious, but normal pineapple, what bothered me was his justification of the pizza, instead of immediately correcting being a district supervisor for retail chain, rule number one is take care of the customer, regardless it's was delicious just needed more pineapple, and if your not going to give what you charge change your options to normal pineapple, I will add some pictures one of my pizza and one of a custom that ordered a standard Hawaiian pizza, on the other customer's pizza you really can't see the pineapple because it's cold , zoom in and see it's similar to mine , they probably ordered the triple pineapple too.???
