Ordered a large All Meat pizza and got home and they gave me a pepperoni! Had to drive all the way back and they didn’t offer me any rule of refund especially since my other food was cold when I got back home! To add insult to injury they asked me if I wanted a drink and I said yes and they proceeded to ask me how did I wanted to pay. Are you kidding me! Do better Marcos!

I would leave it zero if I could. Man we have ordered from this Marcos for years now. I’m freakn done. 3rd time the pizza is cold and a huge mess. I have a big family. My order is always at least $100. This is ridiculous. Wife already fixed up and reheated the pizza. Didn’t get to take a picture.

This is the most incompetence out of any staff that I've ever had to deal with. I asked about the meatball bake and was about to be rang up for a pizza. After saying meatball balls 4 times, the guy finally caught on to what I was asking for and then proceeded to say he doesn't know how to make it. He then gets his female coworker to come up, only for her to do the same exact thing and try to ring up a meatball pizza. Then after repeating myself, yet again another 4 times, she also said she doesn't know how to make it. I will not be back to this Marco's Pizza. Very disappointing that I had to patronize a different establishment than the one I intended to.

I had call in for pickup. Nick was very much helpful and patient to take our order. When I reach to pickup they said they did not know about our order and that they will place the order amd I'll need to wait for it. What to do. They said the system was given issues that day so probably it erased our order. Nick was out so I couldn't asked him what had happened. But overall it was fine. Pizza flavor is pretty good!

I ordered an Italian sub and it literally has one slice of ham and one slice of salami. I’ve ordered from other locations and the sandwich is well made! This location is having some budget issues or something. It’s not fair to charge someone $13+ for this.
