We were given coupons and went in store to redeem a coupon and manager did not want to accept it, also was being rude, & did not even offer any alternative to honor the coupon or offer any other coupons! Many of the workers looked overworked and manager also talks and treat them rude as well! Thus used to be my favorite pizza restaurant, but not no more! Corporate needs to really know what's going on and offer their customers more coupons and cheaper prices on their pizza and menu options!

Don’t eat here. Nobody hardly cleans here! Seems like they are racist here especially big lady with the glasses. Also the other chick who looks Mexican and had her hair braided back ,she looks new but is rude as well. Chris is the only professional worker here even over the phone he offers greats service ! Thumbs up for him!

First time visiting this location, and it will defintely be the last. I ordered two large pizzas online. Neither of the pizzas were made correctly. I added Feta to one, it has zero feta. So I paid $17 for a plain cheese pizza. Neither pizza had the requested crust toppings. We were not offered any parm or pepper even though we had cheese bread and two large pizzas. The very next customer was offered and given a generous amout for one pizza. We had to ask, and were handed two of each. When we requested more, she scoffed and proceeded to help two other customers before handing us one more of each. This was a shorter, heavy set lady with glasses. She came off as prejudice because we are Hispanic and other guests appeared to be white. She was polite and helpful to them, but rude and short with us.I doubt this is who you want representing your business.There is zero survey information on the receipt and when I go to the survey portal, it denies surveys for this location. Now I see why they are turned off.
SO good! Love their pepperoni and the hot honey. Always a good pizza! Nice staff too.

Granted, it is not a big name for fast pizza, but this place just delivers quality -- quickly. The greatest part of Marco's is that is open late, and the quality and speed is still there. This has become by "go to" fast pizza place. I love seeing the faces of people when they first try it -- from skeptical to impressed.
