Today is Sunday December 14 12:30 pm the lady working at the register bad customer service not polite not helpful and wouldn't let me change my order before she started. I want to upgrade my pizza to a bigger size but she said I couldn't. This is my first time here and I won't be coming back again.

We ordered Pizza from the location 9540 S. Main St. Houston Texas. I am use to the Marcos in Gulf Shores AL and this location did not disappoint. If you are hungry this is the place to order from!!! Staying in town for eye surgery, wasn't sure what we we're going to eat for dinner, and I am so glad we chose our go to in Marcos Pizza, just as good as Gulf Shores AL.

On this day, I was taken care of by one of the best people I believe this company has Andrew. He answered my phone call. He made my pizza and he also delivered it. This guy showed so much care and respect for my order and what I wanted and executed it beautifully I appreciate having such wonderful service Just a day before my car caught on fire and I am feeling really down. He really made me happy thank you very much. You're awesome.

Love love the thin crust pizza. I gotta say they have one of the best hot honey pizzas. Make sure you put a lot of Parmesan cheese and top.

My boyfriend and I came in around 10pm on August 2nd. Khia took our order. He was extremely friendly and welcoming. He made sure our order was right and fresh. The inside was clean and smelled really nice. Our pizzas were so good! We will definitely be back. Thank you Khia for the amazing service !

Closes at 10:30! Even though it says 11. Ordered online waited out front for 10 mins then walked in for them to tell me my order didn’t go thru!

If I can give no stars I would. I purchased a gift card for someone and they’re playing stating they don’t sell Giftcards when I have my receipt from that same location. I have called and no one wants to deal with the issue. I gave the gift card as a graduation gift. If you all are ringing up the giftcard and stealing the money off of there then say that. I will continue to reach out. Avoid this place!
Genuinely some of the best pizza I've had from a large chain. The old world pepperoni is to die for and they always have bomb deals to save money!

This was my first time trying Marco's pizza. I must say I was very pleased. I did take-out and I stayed a little ways away when. I made it home my pizza was still hot and good. My favorite 😍 new pizza place they have a forever customer 😋 ❤️
