Great service , great ingredients, great price, easy to order online , simple to apply coupons , it’s just like they actually want your business . Other places charge for Parmesan cheese , I love this place even though I rarely eat pizza .

Received my pizza with no sauce. Called restaurant. The people put the rude in rude. The girl was aggressive in her tone. I was only trying to get what I paid for. Horrific customer service. The pizza was dry and incorrectly made. Never again

It’s usually a positive experience. I order from this location at least twice a week. Everyone there is usually friendly. This evening a man told me to hold on to see if “his” driver wanted to deliver. I said l, “ok.” He put me on hold and then picked the phone up and hung up. I called back and explained what happened when I just called and he took the phone from the other guy that stated he just came from the bathroom and I asked for his name to report him. He stated that it was illegal and hung up on me again. I called back to ask for the store number and he said, “If I wanted to complain I should call corporate” and hung on me again.

The staff I encountered was extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed no regard for providing customer service. The person in charge, Yolanda, failed to wash her hands before handling my food. When I politely expressed my concern and asked her not to touch my food, she canceled my order instead of addressing the issue. Yolanda’s behavior demonstrated a complete disregard for customer feedback, and before I left, she made an unprofessional comment, stating, “I’m out of here on Monday,” implying she didn’t care about the consequences of her actions. Additionally, when I asked for the contact information for the manager, owner, or corporate office, she refused to provide it and dismissively told me to “look for it online.” To make matters worse, she hurriedly contacted the manager herself, seemingly to cover up her behavior. This experience was unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
My plans are to meet with the manager today as scheduled with the manager in charge Daniella

Much better option than Little Ceasar's pizza. Staff actually answer the phone, are helpful on the phone, and follow a special request if you have it. Management does a much better job here with employee training. Not gourmet pizza, but tasty and above average quality.

I would like to share my recent experience at Marco’s on the Eastside of Houston, which has unfortunately not met my expectations. Over time, I've noticed a decline in the quality of service and food. Specifically, I’ve encountered unprofessional behavior from a supervisor, who I believe could improve her management skills. I even discussed my concerns with her boss, who indicated that efforts were being made to enhance management practices.
During my latest visit, I ordered a pizza that was unexpectedly thin—so much so that I had to double-check my receipt to ensure I hadn’t mistakenly ordered a thin crust. This significant reduction in thickness affected the balance of the pizza sauce and overall quality. I literally dreaded having to eat a slice. My family was highly disappointed. I refuse to endure this experience ever again.
Based on my experiences, I would suggest considering other options, such as Little Caesars, which offers better value for money. Given the amount I typically spend at Marco’s, I feel it’s no longer worth it. I would advise potential customers to explore alternative pizzerias.

The pizza is simply unique, since I went the first time I have returned, the place is super clean and the kitchen looks just as clean…
The only thing I would suggest is for the boy who has long hair to put it at the back of his cap or wear some mesh, it would be unpleasant to find a hair in the food…. However, that doesn't take away from the deliciousness of the pizzas, they feel super homemade...

I ordered an XL pizza with extra cheese and sausage. The pizza didn't have extra cheese I wanted a refund I didn't touch the pizza I brought it back into the store. A young man spoke to me he was nice then a extremely rude lady walked up and opened the pizza box with spit flying out of her mouth said there's nonthing wrong with my pizza and she's not giving me a refund and to leave your store. She was rude from the beginning so since I can't eat the pizza I paid for I asked for a manager she said she was the manager the name she wrote down was Dolanda and she told me to leave she was acting crazy and loud it was embarrassing and disturbing and it wasn't okay at all. I felt discriminated against. The supervisor was nice to all the latinos, but I was the only African American in there and she treated me like trash and kicked me out. I have NEVER been treated like this before. I'm going to make and incident report tomorrow. And I'm speaking to a lawyer.
