Marco's Pizza

I will never go to this Marco’s Pizza again. My family decided to do a pizza night because my three-month-old daughter was sick with a fever, so my husband picked up the order.

I ordered two pizzas with all the crust toppers on both. One was supposed to be pepperoni with half jalapeños, and the other pepperoni with Italian sausage. When my husband got home, one pizza had no jalapeños at all and no crust toppers, and the second pizza barely had any toppers.

I called the store and was told I had to bring the pizzas back in for them to help me. I explained that I couldn’t leave because my daughter was sick. I was then transferred to the “manager,” who immediately had an attitude and claimed she personally made the pizzas and that all the toppings were on them. I even offered to provide photos as proof, which only seemed to make her more rude.

Between the incorrect order and the incredibly poor customer service, this was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Marco’s Pizza. Disappointing and unacceptable.

The lady named Theresa who works there around 8:00 pm is very much rude and have no class she needs to be FIRED immediately or retrain on her people skills

Husband placed order online for pickup. I went in to pick it up. He did not pay online, he selected pay in store. I went in to pick it up. I had my card in hand as I'm sure you can see on camera, and told them I was picking it up and needed to pay. Lady at the front said no it was already paid for. I asked once again. She pushed box onto counter and walked off said I was good. I left. Went home ate and then the lady called my husband phone and wanted his credit card # over the phone. He was polite and told her he wasn't comfortable giving her it over the phone. We would go by in tomorrow. She demanded his card # again and he once again stated he wasn't going to give it over the phone. I could hear her loudly over the phone say it had to be done tonight or else... absolutely unbelievable. I would have gladly stopped by tomorrow as we live down the street but calling over and over again for a $20 pizza after YOU made the mistake is ridiculous. Will not be returning to this location. Hopefully there isn't a scam going on with this.

First time at Marcos and it did not disappoint. The staff was amazing Elijah, Izidro and Yolanda showed me the ropes and recommended the Hot honey and it was amazing. I will be coming back. The quality was great food was ready quick what else can a guy ask for!!!

I am a regular customer at this Marco's Pizza. The staff is always super friendly and I especially love my girl Yolanda. She makes sure everything is on point with my order EVERYTIME. Could not ask for better customer service. I will keep telling everyone I know about Marco's. No other can compare.

I had the most pleasant experience today at the Marco's Pizza on Wallisville. Andrew was extremely kind and informative. He explained the deals of the day and lucky for me it was Tuesday - which is BOGO day. What a great deal!! Pizzas were ready in no time and Andrew took the time to show me the pizzas to ensure they were prepared properly and mentioned they were made with TLC. Definitely exceptional customer service! The pizzas were absolutely delicious!! My place of choice for sure!

We have been regular customers to the Marcos pizza on Wallisville road for about 2 years. The team is always so personable and respectful. From the time we call in to place an order to picking it up, the customer service is always top notch! Ms. Yolanda is always so polite and kind. The atmosphere is warming, welcoming and fun. The pizza is always fresh and hot. Keep up the great work team!

Absolutely love coming to this location! They always serve their pizzas hot and fresh. There hasn’t been one time that i’ve came to this location and been treated badly! Yolanda and Elijah are always so welcoming and the nicest servers ever, and not to mention that the lobby is always clean aswell! I would recommend coming to this location, 10/10!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yolanda and Elijah made my experience their wonderful every time I go to get pizza with co workers I’m always meet with a smile and it really brightens up my day to see that they are they over their service is incredible and it’s the highlight of my day when I see them

Special thanks too Yolanda and Elijah — they are truly the best! Friendly, professional, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. It’s rare to find such consistently great customer service these days, and they absolutely deliver every time.
