I hardly ever write bad reviews but the service we got today was horrible. The employee taking our order was rude and even rolled her eyes at me, every time she gave us our food she was rude about it. We found a hair in my noodles but she replaced it but still was annoyed. Her mood switched when she saw me drop money in the tip jar. Please teach your employees kindness and the importance of customer service. Food was good but bad customer service ruined it for me.

I cannot believe how rude and impatient the cashier was. She made me feel like I was not allowed to be there. She took my order, rolled her eyes constantly and got visibly upset because I wanted to add something to my meal. Once the order was done, she slid my food across the counter and walked away. It made me wonder, what motivated her to act that way. ZERO sense of customer service. No wonder the place was completely empty.The food is decent, but her attitude was NASTY. My Banh mi was delicious. I had the beef bbq and it was full of flavor. I was able to enjoy a lime Topo Chico which was enjoyable on a nice hot day.
