Worked for this company’s Taco Bell in London, OH. They don’t know how to take constructive criticism from those who have been working in the restaurant industries prior to them. Some put themselves on such a pedestal and only consider what’s best for themselves. Don’t work for this company if you have a disability, I’ve seen them gradually hire and fire those that are disabled and unable to stick to their “standards”. Too many things that were attempted to be fixed by multiple managers, at store level, that came through this company but the higher ups never made a real effort to fix. Many health and safety issues being ignored by the ones above that make working at a lower level position almost impossible. They ponder on the “Why does everyone keep leaving” and then proceed to run business the same as before, with little to no proper changes. Their people in power of the stores seemingly get away with just about anything that goes against their own written handbook. I hope this company learns to fix their problems and make things run better for the sake of both the employees and their customers. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because I met many great individuals that were understanding and hardworking. I can now see why so many people have been through the company, and now they put themselves to a “no rehire” standard yet have to advertise jobs one to two cities over. Silly that they hold such a low paying job, below the base of McDonald’s and other competing fast food companies, yet they hold themselves too high to rehire those who left the company on a good note. And for the love of all things tacos, please consider choosing a strong, morally correct company to move forward with. Had so many good memories but the bad times outweighed them, don’t let yourself work your life away, most of us former employees never got time with our children. From AD’s to Shift Leads.

Stopped by their Taco Bell on Phelan in Beaumont and went to the counter to order dine-in. 5 or 6 employees just stood back there ignoring us knowing we were standing at the counter to order and never acknowledged us. Such rude and unprofessional employees. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Horrible job, dumb manangers, and you can’t even contact their HR? typical fastfood place tho so hey I can’t complain.

Tacos and the setting at this place is super good. It has an awesome feel to it. Food is like a place in Baltimore I loved.
