Absolutely incredible place, easily one of the best sushi places in Houston. The chirashi is unbeatable, and if you are particularly hungry ask about the kronos roll. I can't speak highly enough about this restaurant.

Hector has out done himself again with the Winter Roll he created for November. Hector has me amigo Diego by his side and new to the sushi staff is Maynor. Andres, our favorite waiter with Paul and Lucky always helping hands. I love the team work here which creates an atmosphere of love and joy for all their customers. Of course Nancy and Andy the proprietors are always on hand to ensure a first class experience. Highly recommend Matsu’s when you want sushi.
