This location gets a Star because their tamales are awesome, but their customer service is horrible. We ordered tamales for this Christmas and they sold our order to people who walked in. Then the manager wanted to say that is the way we ordered it. Then she said that we must have changed the order, and then she said there must have been a mistake. If you take a look at our ordered, it was modified from 4, to 2 to 1. We had to feed a family of 50 and we only received 3 dozen only. When we ordered 7 1/2. She refused to help. Esta ubicación recibe una estrella porque sus tamales son increíbles, pero su servicio al cliente es horrible. Pedimos tamales para esta Navidad y vendieron nuestro pedido a las personas que entraron. Entonces el gerente quería decir que así es como lo pedimos. Luego dijo que debemos haber cambiado el orden, y luego dijo que debe haber habido un error. Si echa un vistazo a nuestro pedido, se modificó de 4 a 2 a 1. Tuvimos que alimentar a una familia de 50 y solo recibimos 3 docenas. Cuando pedimos 7 1/2. Ella se negó a ayudar.

Prices for this location have gotten extremely high. I literally just bought FIVE pieces of small bread for TEN dollars. I asked how much each piece was and lady in the register said each are $2. Just so you all know you will be paying $2 for every piece of bread. I've been coming here for years and never had to pay so much for one piece of bread.

My family and i have been loyal customers. They have the best tamales (only on Saturdays) and cakes! Not only does the design always come out beautifully but the taste is always amazing. Highly recommend to everyone. Also for the look the price is very reasonable.

I really really wanted to get some sweets for my friends bday. Wanted to surprise and decorate his office. This place says it opens at 7a but when I arrived they were closed. They do not open until 8. As sad as I am I gotta find somewhere else to go.

Ordered my mother a birthday and Valentine's cake (it was heart shaped) the day before (Valentine's). I was overwhelmed with joy and hunger when I layed eyes on the delicious Tres Leches Cake (costed $30 for 15 to 20 people with toppings and fillings costs extra). I personally would have gave it 4.7 since it had mostly outer icing than actual cake. In overall, this place is good for Mexican deserts and quick food like barbacoa and menudo.
