Lazy and slow staff. Only one lady was really working out of the 6 staff, so it took a while to get a sandwich as takeaway when the place wasn’t even busy.
Tables are dirty with plates and napkins and no one attempting to clean up.
Sandwich was soggy and untoasted, with cheese on one half and avocado on the other half. I mean….you have ONE job. Get a sandwich right.

I ordered a French dip. They sent a sandwich the small one like 6 in and the charge $27. I called the store. They told me it was $12 then hung up on me when confronted , they are stealing and keeping the profit ! Tried to blame it on Uber eats this is terrible no help at all ! No excuses when was trying to get a solution!

I love McAlister but this location is my least favorite. It was also my first time there but I don't think I will be returning. The service there was below average, everyone looked like they did not want to be there, not friendly or attentive. I paid $15 for my drink and jalapeño crunch sandwich, I received more bread than anything. It had to pieces of potato chips and hardly any avocado. This location needs some improving.

I was there to pick up my food at night, the store was closed, so I went to the side window. I did not see there was a ring button on the side cuz it was dark and I was in a hurry. So I knocked multiple times but no one answered, and then I opened the window and said "hello?" This black guy came over and said "did you just open this window?" I said "yes, because I knocked multiple times and no one answered." He asked "did you see that bell?" I said "oh no... Sorry I didn't see that, it was dark and it was my first time picking up here." He then sarcastically mocked me saying "maybe next time, you can OPEN (BULGING his eyes) your eyes!"
Yes I am an Asian, I've never expected to be racially discriminated against from a big name restaurant! I will report this incidents to the restaurant higher end! This incident occurred on November 13th around 9pm! Please see the side window security cam for proof and evidence!

This was my second visit ever to McAllisters. I only went because I had a credit under my name for a sandwhich, chips, cookie, and drink due to them messing up our order the first time we ordered delivery. First of all, the girl at the counter was extremely rude. She had some sort of issue with the customer in front of us and stared at them for the longest when they went to sit down and she gave them the ugliest look. I was literally standing there waiting for her to acknowledge me standing in front of her. When she finally turned her head to look at me, she didn't even say anything. Just waited for me to take my own order I guess. Then, she said she didn't know what credit I was referring to. Apparently, the manager who made the credit didn't leave any notation as she said she would just one day prior. Another manager had to come approve it. Then, the girl didn't want to give me the included cookie. When I told her that it came with it she said "No, she didn't say that" and just walked off. The food wasn't even that good. Just average. The manager did come by to check on us and I told her about the cookie and she did apologize and give me the cookie. Both times were not the best experience so we will not be going back.

Salads are awesome. Service is attentive. Each store visited (N Shehard and 1960 W) had a young staff. Could not have been older than 20. They were so professional and respectful. The chef even came to my table to ensure that I was enjoying my meal and asked if everything was satisfactory . It was. Were not an aloof and silly staff. Treated all customers before and after me with great patience. Good business sense.
