Omg, the smell once you enter the store is sooo disgusting. The subs portions are so small and the Cesar salad omg has sooo bad smell the dressing i think was expired or something horrible honestly that was a waste of money and lunch for the last time to go there

Order submitted right after 6:30 as I stood in short line inside restaurant, my submission said it said wouldn't be ready until 7:00, and clerk at counter told me he wouldn't be able to see the order for 15 minutes. So I had to just sit in the restaurant waiting. I wouldn't expect me back again!

1st time in the area and to the establishment. Googled good places to eat & McAlister’s were 1 of the top choices to show up. Looked at the website and I solely went there because the pictures of the food looked great. Arrived in mid day normal lunch rush hour expecting a long wait and was surprised to see the parking lot empty. Walked in and inside was empty besides the staff. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. Because of the cleanliness, I was reassured to commit with staying and giving it a try. The guy at the counter taking orders (didn’t get his name) was very polite patient and friendly as we took our time looking over the menu to make an order. Placed order and the food was brought to us by the kind gentleman. Upon 1st look came the concern of “is this going to be good?” The food wasn’t too tasty. Nothing looked as advertised by the pictures. The guy came over a short time later and asked if everything was ok and I hesitated before saying,”it’s not what I was expecting it to be.” He asked if there’s anything he could do and I politely said,”no, other than a refill of the peach sweet tea” (which was good). Upon leaving I was taking the trash to the can and he stopped me saying I didn’t have to do that, to leave it at the table and he hopes to see us again in the future. I doubt I’d return since I’m not the area enough to give them a second try. Maybe it was just an off day. Everyone’s entitled to one.

My baked potato and mac & cheese were inedible. Service was slow.
Waited at their pick up window for 1 hour behind 1 car. I don’t know how that’s possible. My order was completed 1 hour ago and I’m still waiting. I don’t know if the other person was using the pick up window as a drive thru but that’s absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time. 0/5 will not return. Terrible terrible terrible service. Terrible time management. Terrible. Make sure you’re staffed for T-Mobile Tuesday’s in the future.

I'm a Door Dasher I waited almost an hour after noon to pick up from this terrible McAlister's location. Then the customer had to cancel. I was informed by that customer McAlister's kept the money and the tip and the customer only received Door Dash credits.

They are always on the slow side for service but today was worse. They were not prepared for the Tmobile offer. And it was worse because the app said the order were ready for pick up but 30 minutes later, I had to leave without food because my lunch time was over. If the app would have been accurate, I could have stated at work until the order was truly ready.

This place has good employees but the way prep there food ... All microwave is just disgusting. Welcome to rubber pastrimi and corned beef. They need to find a way heat these meats up without a microwave
