Management is horrible. Manager discriminate against customers. Service and treatment doesn't serve equally.

This location messes up my order every time. I know that sounds like I’m exaggerating but it’s actually every single time. I would go to a different location if I could but there isn’t another one close enough. Today I ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe and two cheeseburger happy meals plain and dry. My kids won’t eat it if it has sauce or pickles. After picking up my order I parked and looked at one of the happy meals and it was correct. I opened my burger and they gave me a bacon quarter pounder. I brought it inside and asked them to swap it for a deluxe. I told the manager that they mess up my order EVERY time I order from them. The team member brought me my new order and I went home. I opened it up and they gave me ANOTHER bacon quarter pounder. I opened my kids burgers and the second burger that I didn’t check had ketchup and pickles all over it so now I have a kid in tears. The incompetence at this location is astounding. It’s harder to mess up every single time. You would think they could get an entire order right at least one time but that is asking too much apparently.
Probably the friendliest series i've ever had in a mcdonald's.

Placed an order and when I went through the drive thru, they didn’t have my order. Finally they found it, when I got home which is less than 2 blocks away, the French fries were really terrible and cold. There is always a problem with this McDonalds

I went to this restaurant on 9 December 2025. I specifically requested no mustard being that I have a serious allergen to muster seed.
Dislocation has a habit of employing people who speak or lack and speaking English. That’s not my fault. With the incompetence of their employees led to mustard being placed on both of my sandwiches after requesting no mustard. This ultimately led to my serious allergic reaction. I darn near almost hit two cars on Barker Cypress. My mother-in-law had to rush me to ER, Where I was triaged for over eight hours. My blood pressure was 200/120. I’m only 31 years old. I’ve never had high blood pressure. This was solely the cause of the allergic reaction. I broke out in hives. My throat was Swollen. When I reached out to their main HQ, the franchise office, I thought they were gonna take my complaint serious. But they have been very avoidant toward me.
I was only going to ask then to cover my $15,000 medical bill, But now Im seeking over $10 million in damages. Even if I don’t get it, I’m willing to see them go to court over and over and over again and pay tons of money to their attorneys. I’m willing to drag this out for years because they know what they did. I will get justice voluntarily, or involuntarily which means in a court of law. I will not be overseen or taking advantage.

Normally this is a decent location. Today they robbed me of my order. Claimed they couldn't find my mobile order, while acknowledging that my information was correct on my phone (tried to say maybe I ordered through the wrong location.. I did Not)
So I'm out the money I paid through the app for my order, AND I'm hungry 🙃
I had to just leave cause the ladies there kept playing dumb and I couldn't take it anymore

It is usually dirty and sometimes they give an attitude when ask about or for something. Also, they allow homeless to come inside and ask the people for money.

Hello! I am not usually one to write reviews but this woman’s kindness really impacted me and moved me. As we know most food service workers are usually RUDE! But a manager in the afternoon shift Tuesday night , was just AMAZING ! She had such a wonderful personality, and although she doesn’t speak english well she was trying her best with me since i’m hard of hearing. She was overall amazing and i’m hoping god blesses her and she just needs recognition for this, she had the cutest blue/ green glasses. Mcdonald’s , give that woman whatever she wants! Hahahaha! Thank you so much to her and i feel horrible not knowing her name…
