Apparently this location has a new manager who desperately needs a lesson in customer service. As I was placing my order, he got an attitude with a younger customer (maybe 18?) and basically dismissed him. When it came time for my order to come out, he dropped the cups on the counter and walked away. How am I supposed to carry multiple cups without a drink carrier? I asked him politely for one and he just tossed it on the counter and left. Talk about rude. Then an elderly lady asked a question about senior drinks and he just kept giving her the runaround and confusing her.If y'all are gonna get new management, make sure they can actually do the job. Not just dictate and throw things around.

If I could give this place a Zero I would.No customer service or communication. Mopping the floor in the middle of lunch, the people insulting customers in Spanish. It’s ridiculous. Another customer just walked in and they forget to put food in order. This location is a mess. Save your time and energy- go to another place or location.

Everyone knows that every time you go through a drive-through, your service varies, depending on who serving you. Yesterday I had excellent service, they spoke good English, and they were very friendly. The Big Mac was hot and made properly as I had requested. I love the hot french fries. I also got a vanilla cone which was flipped over into a cup to make it easier to eat. I come here often Since it’s very close when I want something quick or a cold drink. I highly recommend for you to use the app to get good deals!Parking: It gets busy here, but there’s always plenty of places to park.

Every time I go through the drive-through, even if no one is behind me, they always make me pull off to the side and wait 10 to 15 minutes for the food. Makes it worse when they don't even get the order right.

Food was the usual but the workers were scoffing rolling their eyes and laughing in the back when asked to speak to their manager. The play place was extremely cold and when asked if they could turn a heater on the worker scoffed rolled his eyes and said he'd go ask the manager. All he did was go to the back and laugh about it with another worker. My son has autism and wondered off near the door and a worker yelled at him telling him to get away from the door and shoved him to get outside to deliver another order. Clearly the employees here have no decency or care about customer service. The place was freezing cold, workers were rude and the food tasted somewhat well but had a sort of taste of pickles..Kid-friendliness: They were not nice or seem to care whatsoever about the children here in this location.

Food tasted off, cookies tasted like they were dipped in pickles ?. The staff here are rude and the place was freezing cold in the play place for kids, when asked if they could do anything about it staff laughed in the back and came back saying they spoke to the manager and that they can't do anything about it.

The only thing I noticed sence it's been awhile sence I ordered a breakfast sandwich, the sausage wasn't as good as I remembered it. I was so disappointed.

it’s been two weeks that they kept saying that the machine is broken to make frappes but I noticed later through the day the machine just miraculously starts working. Only a couple of hours. It seems like the employees decide when they feel like making it. And I asked them when will it be fixed? They just reply “I don’t know?” like how can you not have any update on a machine that’s broken. And if it really is broken, I wonder if they even reported it to the manager do they not know how do they not know? Urghhh!!!!

My experience here was probably one of the worst i’ve ever had at a McDonalds. The line was ridiculous, i saw so many people coming inside from the drive thru because their orders were wrong. (i was inside) i waited almost 30 minutes for 1 cheeseburger. The staff was completely ignoring the customers, one employee bumped into me on her way by and couldn’t even excuse herself just ridiculous. If you couldn’t speak spanish, you didn’t matter! they weren’t trying to address anyone unless you asked them for something in Spanish. and i understand, i’ve worked in good service so i’m typically super chill about these types of circumstances, i understand being short staffed during a lunch rush. but throwing your customer service abilities out of the window is simply unacceptable. 0 STARS!

There was chocolate milk spilled in the play area when we arrived, and even though we asked twice for it to be cleaned up it never was. The big appeal is having an indoor play area and it was sad it wasn't clean.
