every time I come here, they are extremely busy, because they’re connected to a Walmart and probably understaffed. I have worked in the food industry before, and they display the perfect amount of professionalism, friendliness, teamwork, so my order is always correct. Even with a toddler at my hip and a lot going on in my life I still check the bag before I leave because I’m not an idiot. Mistakes happen whenever it’s always busy, but they’ve never got my order wrong even my complicated toddler&coffee order has always been correct. They don’t serve espresso in the coffees like I want. But other than that, I can always find a clean table. Lot of customers standing around thinking that that makes them get their order faster and yet refusing to check their bag at a table before they leave. I feel for these workers because I see them rushing so much, like they must be understaffed. And the kitchen looks so small from the front. Yet they always have a willingness to help and don’t give me trouble when my toddler is being a butt. I always have him in my arms because I don’t let my children run around like a parent who wants them kidnapped. there is no play area here. But on days where you have to go shopping, you should be fine with that. And if there was a play area these poor people would have way more to do. And if there was a play area, then there would probably be more parents letting their kids run around like crazy people. They need more people and they need a raise for all that they do. i’m actually sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open because they are amazing.

They left the lid loose on my caramel frappe, and it spilled because they did not close it correctly. Then they had the audacity to tell me I had to buy a new one when it was their fault. 10/27/2025 at 09:08PM

Today I ordered a daily double in the app, got a free medium fry and ordered a sweet and sour sauce. Received my order. Walked to the car. Realized my order was incorrect. Walked back in. Had to directly cook on what a daily double consisted of. They gave me another sandwich. It had one Patty two tomatoes, onions and mayo. It should come with two patties, cheese, tomato, lettuce. I mean all you got to do is Google it and you could be able to find it. Was very displeased with the customer service from the cook who was not listening to the cashier who was explaining what the sandwich consisted of, lastly, had to request a new set of fries as we set for 20 minutes trying to get my sandwich correct so I can eat both my burger and fries at the same time.

Today ordered 2 small frapes one with whip cream one with out. Paid cash. Got receipt. Waited and waited and waited. Around 10 customers came after me. Got their orders and left while I still wait. Checked their board and my number was nowhere to be seen. Demanded refund. They gave it with no apology for their mistake. Another time, about a month ago, ordered a double cheeseburger. Left and already left parking lot when I decided to eat it. Lo and hold instead of two Patties with cheese they decided a double cheeseburger is one pattie with two pieces of cheese.
