If I can give -infinity stars, I would. Never had issues with this location until today. I placed a mobile order via McDonald's app in advance and did my shopping so that was enough time for them to make my food only to find out, that they didnt even make my order yet and the employees (including the short manager lady) to tell me that my order is not ready and that I have to pay for my order again even though I showed them my receipt that I paid for it. The manager kept insisting that I need to pay for it, and I keep telling her no because why would I pay twice if I already paid for it and I have the damn receipt. Smhh!

Don't ever do a mobile app order during the day here or when that short Hispanic lady manager is there. She doesn't know what she's doing and will try to make you pay again.

I made a complaint about this location and that specific manager. Too early for this BS!!

Tell me why as a dasher I always have to wait til they serve everyone else before they can hand me the customers food that's already sitting there. Here I am thinking no that bag is too big they must be still working on it. Nope after every one has ordered there food they finally come over and pass me the food when I could've been gone 5 mins ago smh. They need to do better especially when I'm so respectful.

I went to try those trips they have and the employee recommended to me that they were great them things were trash and cooked in old grease I am sooo disappointed

Awful place, I was standing in line, two ladies were attending people. Since neither called me I moved to the other line, and they saw that, thinking maybe that was the correct line of service. Then I'm in front and the lady goes back to the line I was and a woman that just arrived just gets charged for a cone an it's given to her immediately, I stand in front of the register, no more clients around to attend besides me, and both ladies turn around to do other orders, like picking fries etc. After some time from standing there I just leave without saying nothing... I don't know if it's something about my face but it seems they did that on purpose. I'm not coming back to this McDonald's

Made me wait one hour and 30 minutes for a basket of fries and a quarter pounder what about this was quick had to get a burger remade and it’s still taking there sweet time to deliver it, horrible experience, horrible management,. The first basket of fries wasn’t even full barely had any

Came and ordered a burger by the time I was almost done with it I noticed my burger was still pink inside, while the outside of the patty was a little burnt. Turn the heat down on the grill.

They never greet you when you come inside! Very rude. I miss the old McDonald’s when the crew had to greet you coming in. Why should I give my money to not even be acknowledged. I have to always say something to them and then they look at you like you’re crazy.

I don't understand why this place hours haven't been corrected it's obvious that it's not open till 12 I also wonder why McDonald's let's Walmart employees just seat there without even purchasing anything they only be taking space that paying customers need unacceptable oh and if you go to eat there be sure to go before 9pm or else the cleaning lady will be rushing you out with her rude attitude I ain't never coming I just head to whataburger 😌

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s. The fries were cold and stale, the burger was undercooked, and the sodas were completely flat. When I brought these issues to the staff’s attention, they were dismissive and didn’t want to fix anything. On top of that, the workers had an attitude every time I asked for something, like they were annoyed I even spoke to them. It felt like they just wanted to take my money and get me out of there as quickly as possible. Also, the wholes eating area was filthy. Honestly, I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

The truth is, the food is very good, but the attention is bad, those who take your order don't pay attention to you because they are talking to each other and they take your order wrong, they don't give you what you order. I've already had 3 kisses and it's the same. .

Nice crew, received my food fast, noticed the drive thru was going quite slow which seemed to be stressing the crew

Horrible, my blood sugar was low ordered 2 apple pies waited for my order which took over 10 mints and still wasn’t ready, but I did notice that some orders were filled before mine that were ordered after my order, and also noticed they ordered pies too, so I got tired of waiting got my refund instead a super 1 star 👎👎

The fries was old and the manger speaks no English she could not help because she didnt understand English well.
