This McDonalds has a manager that we notice is always really rude and unprofessional with customers and his employees. Today, he was very rude to us. I don’t know why he is still working at 8940 west Sam Houston. instead of trying to take care of the problem of a wrong order - he got really mad and said that he did it himself and the order is right and that’s it! He refused to help correct the order. He should be reviewed. I will no longer go to my local McDonald’s and will take my business to the neighboring Wendy’s and Whataburger.

I’ve been picking up curbside orders from this McDonald’s for almost a year now, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Every time I order a hot cappuccino or coffee, I’m told the machine is broken, and they end up giving me a cold coffee instead.
It’s surprising that McDonald’s isn’t monitoring the quality at this location. The service is often super slow, especially for curbside orders – they seem to ignore them, and it usually takes far longer than it should to get my food. To make matters worse, orders are frequently wrong or late.
I hope they address these issues because the current service just doesn’t meet the standard expected from McDonald’s.

I passed two MCD’s to go this one, decided also not to get Whataburger or Chikfil a , where most likely would’ve gladly paid ++ for better service than to ending where I have to experience mid aged white male employee, unhappy with life & career choices who decides to take it out his frustrations on a happy customer. Now not so happy! I would think given the bad rep in the past weeks MCD would be on their P’s & Q’s .

I went inti McDonald's app to make a delivery order,,inmediately they offer me two big macs forma $5.95, y ordered that de al plus 10 pcs.nuggets for $5.95 too,,I las charged $ 13.31 ,when I got the orden,,I only got only the 2 big macs,I called the store,,the rudest person answer,yelling at the top of her lunes sayind they did'nt have that deal Andrés HANG UP ,,INCREDIBLE !!I I called again asking for the mánager,,a lady saying she was the mánager ,,with a abad atittude,to me it was the same UGLY person..saying the same thing,I relieve if it's offered sin the app,,they HAVE to honor it.So be very careful,,,they're crooks, selling under false pretendes,,and the UGLY person says that the Company is ok with that policy,,I doubt it,,,🤮😱😡😇👵

Don't be fooled: the palm-sized Blizzard for $4.10 is the regular size, not the mini. I'm afraid to see what the mini looks like now, but the little paper carton I was handed felt like a joke. And I have little hands! It leaves you feeling tricked and cheated. Sonic has a full-sized Blast for around 5 bucks, and they're super close.
