At this location the customer is not acknowledged at all. When you get to the window to pay they state how much you owe. You pay and handed back your change or credit card. No thank you. At the window to get your food they hand you your food and shut the window. Never a thank you or anything. I have been going to this McDonald's for years now. Nothing ever changes.
Went through the Drive Thru tonight.Normally, great food and average drive thru - fast food customer service, we don't mind mediocre customer service if the food is hot and very quick. Cool whateverBUT when the food is not quick, and not as hot as it should be (it was warm, but not like fresh - hot), then there should at least be a little more than handing me the food and that's it ? not a "sorry for the wait", "sorry we are waiting on this part of your order" (2 items were done, third item was being waited on without telling us)... bottom line, don't go on a Saturday night when it's nothing but rude, slow teens working I guess. During the day it's awesome though ?

My bf got doordash for me last night 20 piece and basket of fries. Turns out they only gave me 10 so there was prob a random extra 10 piece laying there in the McDonald’s or smt else but didn’t get them. Texted the driver and we kept looking at him and passed my street and stood there the house behind us and they have cameras and we also have cameras back and front so we don’t know what happened but overall I still love the food lol
