Normally this is a great location and the people there are great, but I had a bad experience recently. I normally go thru the drive thru and use the app. On this occasion I gave my code for a discounted ice cream, but their machine was down so I did not order anything and drove away. Before I left the parking lot I received a notification from my credit card company that McDonalds charged me $11.25. Remember, I did not order anything. So I go inside and they tell me to call corporate because it was done on the app. I do, and the process was quick. They tell me someone will be calling me to explain how I’ll get my refund. About a week goes by and no phone call, but I’m hungry so I go to this same location for a meal. While there I spoke to management and they still said since it was done on the app they can’t do anything. It’s sad they couldn’t do ANYTHING. They offered to give me my cheeseburger free but that’s less than $2! Still good people that work there but that’s a bad policy and poor customer service. See you soon anyway for a delicious double cheeseburger! I ended up getting the bank to waive the charge.

I don't think it's too much to ask to get a couple packets of ketchup especially when you order a basket of fries. She gave me two packets I asked her for more and she gave me a look like I had three heads. Come on McDonald's are you that cheap.

Everything was fine until it no longer was at this location. I walked in and was immediately seen by one of the lady workers. I figured they were working on something and would take my order shortly. They did not appear to be busy, but I continued to wait. Only after some time I rang the small service bell they had. One of the workers/managers who was likely on their break was sitting in the dining room called out for her by name (Maura) another worker who was mopping stated that she (Maura) had seen me already and was not sure what she was doing. No one ever came to take my order, there was not a line in the drive thru either. Definitely has to be bad customer service/attention/ carelessness. Sad to see such poor work ethic. The next closest location is definitely WAY better in all regards.

I couldn't get a decent hamburger that doesn't taste like rubber, you could tell that it just got out of the microwave. I guess they hired the kids doing after school jobs because they were so into each other that they forgot all about the customers. They were chasing each other around the kitchen and didn't even notice that there were several people in lineI'm never gonna come back to this place again, unless I feel the urge to throw my money away, and I was extremely hungry and extremely disappointed ?

If I could I wouldn’t give 1 star! Gabby or candyfernnadez as she go by on tik tok is not only a liar but as well as focuses more on her tik tok video lying about a proud Mexican who’s a racist then in fact doing her job as she was hired to do’ what’s a disgrace to any Latin culture is to be diverse especially here in tx because that is what tx is DIVERSE. But when an English speaking customer comes and does an order and you gabby and refuse to take it in English then get mad when someone says something about it is wrong. McDonald’s isn’t a career place it’s somewhere to start unless you have what it takes to be a store manager and you don’t! Because of her not only the way she acted and then threw something at a paying customer who goes regularly for their children I won’t be back. I’m more ashamed than anything then you allowed a bystander to fight your argument because you were such a coward! Why don’t you post the whole thing or pull cameras and show how you told a customer I came from a better place and continued to talk trash and record versus getting the order done PROPERLY!
