Having to pull up to the side and wait 10-15 minutes for them to bring you your food is the most annoying thing. It's fast food, it's supposed to be fast and on top of that they don't even make your order right. I order a buffalo ranch Mccrispy but forgot to put the ranch in it. The level of incompetence is unreal.

Every visit is something different with this location. Mobile ordering wait time is ridiculously long. They delete orders off screen to save time, but forget what orders are waiting outside. Then they tell you its the menu change, busy busy busy, LIES because the food has been sitting there for definitely over 10min, only drinks were missing. Manager has to do better at delegating with her crew. This was at 10:30am. I understand lunch change is a hassle but if the food is just sitting there the manager isnt doing something right.
Guys i think im going to stop getting chicken nuggets at this location. They visually look fine. But it's been like 3 different times that my nuggets taste like fish.

Definitely the best McDonald's in the area. They are USUALLY pretty good at keeping the line moving and getting your order out at a reasonable time. The food is decent for the most part, I dont usually have issues with cold or wrong orders and the staff is pretty chill and nice. I avoid other McDonald's in the area where my order is usually cold and wrong and the employees look at you like they hate you just for trying to get some food. Keep up the awesome work!

i had placed a mobile order in the early morning around 3:30am and i wasn’t able to get it because i had to leave for work since i was going to be late, i called 3 times and they hung up on me every single time. I come back in the afternoon when i got off from work and explain to them i never received my order and whoever worked when i had left without my food didn’t communicate that i had left the line so they refused to give me a refund or my food. It seemed like they thought i was lying over 5$? Lmfao

Would give 0 stars! Manager is rude and workers are rude as well! They need to hire more personable people. Called before to ask if they had something and they said yes when I drove all the way down they said no. This was the nearest McDonald’s to me but I will be driving further down to the nicer one now. They were always slow to bring out orders and food was cold anyways.
