i had placed a mobile order in the early morning around 3:30am and i wasn’t able to get it because i had to leave for work since i was going to be late, i called 3 times and they hung up on me every single time. I come back in the afternoon when i got off from work and explain to them i never received my order and whoever worked when i had left without my food didn’t communicate that i had left the line so they refused to give me a refund or my food. It seemed like they thought i was lying over 5$? Lmfao

Would give 0 stars! Manager is rude and workers are rude as well! They need to hire more personable people. Called before to ask if they had something and they said yes when I drove all the way down they said no. This was the nearest McDonald’s to me but I will be driving further down to the nicer one now. They were always slow to bring out orders and food was cold anyways.

I picked up an order and a chubby girl with a lady who was in front at the checkout showed them what the Doordash order was and they said they are working on it. It took about 15 minutes for the order to be ready and I could see it and they were talking to me. another guy who works there who had rested and who said that he was visiting them and because they were joking and talking they didn't even know that my order was ready, please ask this staff to be more efficient and attentive to bring the cold food because of them and the customer I complain to myself and withdraw the tip because these kinds of people who do not focus on their work do not serve well, what bad service from this town of 249.
Ordered a regular size frap they give me a small I told them about it the ACTED like they fixed it but just dumped the small in the medium cup and added extra wipped cream never added more frappe! SCAMMERS!!!
