’m writing to report the worst experience I’ve ever had at one of your locations. I placed a mobile order at 12:50 a.m., and the restaurant’s posted closing time was 1:00 a.m. My food should have been ready before closing. I arrived at approximately 1:05 a.m., and the employee at the counter told me, “We’re closed, we don’t have any food.”
When I explained that I had placed an online order, he simply said, “We’re not open right now,” and could not tell me how to cancel or get a refund—only saying, “I guess online.” That level of unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge is completely unacceptable.
If your store cannot accommodate online orders close to closing time, the system should not allow customers to place them. In addition, the staff should be trained on how to handle these situations respectfully and provide clear guidance to customers.
This was a highly disappointing experience, especially as this is the McDonald’s closest to my home. I will not be returning unless this issue is properly addressed.
I expect a response regarding how to receive a refund for my order and what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening again.

Messed my order up. Had to return then put old brown lettuce on my hot N Spicy. Also did not give me my sauces that I ordered as well. Terrible they mess up my order up every time. Also it took 40 mins for two things. Do better

I ordered an iced coffee.. and it was watered down, the fries I got were not hot or fresh.. and the play are no longer looks like the pics, it’s much smaller

They can never get my order, right? I ordered a large unsweet tea. They gave me sweet tea. I ordered hot mustard with my nuggets. I got ketchup. If you're going to have promotions that draw customers in at least have the management work with staff on service and accuracy
