Came through the drive through! 11:09am on Wensday 04/17/2024 it was a older lady with glasses on - she told me too pull up I said no I’m good! The employees be so concern about the time clock they make u pull up no napkins no condiments no nothing! Well I ordered 2 egg McMuffin’s they not only burned my bread the cook put regular eggs not pulch egg ! Over cooked the meat in the microwave my husband threw it out the window it was extremely HOT NASTY BURNED UP ! I HASH BROWNS WAS UNCOOKED I called the manager she said come back I will make it over ! I SAID ABSOLUTELY NOT - SHE SAID I WILL GIVE U 15 dollars back ! I SAID NO U KEEP IT ! IT TOOK THEM 6 minutes too give me corporate number bad business go else were THE LADY CAME OUTSIDE WITH ORDERS I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE UNBELIEVABLE

Asked for my order "fresh" and it was NOT! Then the lady at the drive through window (2nd window) that gave me my food, had an attitude because I asked for fresh fries! My sandwich was ok, so I didn't bother getting another one just to save time. She really looked at me like, "did you just ask for a different fry?" Smh. Do better!
Managers are rude, horrible customer service and they never give you all your food. Check your bags before leaving
