Super rude staff, I had 3 orders placed and asked employees to bring the orders to the tables in the indoor playground I picked up one order myself But no one brought my other 2 orders

Worst McDonald’s around . They always slow, they never have anything ready yet the food still cold when you get it.. if you go here get ready to spend 40min in line ( drive thru or inside) just for them to still mess it up… given them to many chances ..don’t waste ya time . Go to the other one

Horrible service, they keep people waiting when they dont have a line. They will literally walk past you and not say a word. The food is always cold and the fries are either old and soggy or too hard to even chew.

I understand that it was rushed time around 10:00 am. I rarely going in during breakfast time, this time we did. Big mistake!!!! I stood a good while in front of the register and a gentleman was there for a while, ignored us and even other employees saw us and didn’t even bother to let us know that in the morning, they don’t attend registers. WTH???? All we saw is employees w/sour faces. I know they’re busy, but it only takes a few seconds to let customers know!!!! I blame Management not training correctly their employees and Corporate to pay them terrible wages!!! Worst Macdonald's I ever been! Next time I- hop at least!! 🤬😡😡
It's McDonald's... really, there's nothing special about this brand. I was hungry & wanted something fast. They actually mixed up my order with the 2nd drive-thru line. Worked out well for me as my food was fresher than normal (win!).

What a coincidence my charge gets used for uber eats after I come through the drive thru. Thankfully my bank flagged it as fraud as I don’t have and uber eats account. Never coming here again, never using my card for fast food again. I’ll update names when I locate my receipt.
