The only reason I gave the food 3 stars because it was hot. But almost the whole order was wrong. My sausage egg and cheese biscuit with added bacon had no sausage. My mcgriddle had cheese and it wasn't supposed to have cheese. I had to hurry and scrape the cheese off before it got hard..on top of that I waited almost 15 minutes for my order which the worker did apologize but this is a location I will not go back to

It is your typical MacDonald's. I tried to buy an additional happy meal toy but was turned down. I found out that it is really about lucky. Some MacDonald's will let me buy happy meal toy without buying the happy meal, some won't. Not sure about this inconsistency. All in all, it is all good.

Girl with the pink hair cursed me out cause I asked for my receipt and she didn’t do my coffee correct
Her name was Melanie went inside to Speak with her manager but she didn’t care that her employe cursed customers out .She dont deserve a raise how horrible is to curse people out .The whole staff unprofessional

She also filled out her own survey so corporate will not know when I asked her for the receipt. I did let her know I was gonna make sure. Knew about this not even 10 minutes I left and she had filled it out already. I will still call corporate, regardless I left a message so I am waiting to hear back .

I am stopping going to McDonalds restaurants because of the terrible service they offer to their customers, on Saturday, August 2nd, my family and I went to this restaurant during the night shift, we ordered our food using the automatic system they have inside the restaurant, my nephew forgot to order a drink and I went to the register to order the drink, I stood for more than 10 minutes without anyone paying attention to what I needed, when they served me, a young woman took my order and did so in a very rude manner and acted as if I was bothering her, then my friend went to order an order of fries and once again the same person served her in a very rude manner, the food took a long time to be delivered, and at that time, the restaurant was not very busy, I hope that the manager or owner takes more care of their workers to improve customer service, remember that if there are no customers you do not have income to sustain your business
