Very bad service nobody was in the drive thru yet we waited about 8 mins. Then this old hispanic lady finally comes to the window for the first time (looking dry and evil) and tries to give us a shake we didn't order. Meanwhile our food was just waiting there . We didn't get an apology or thank you. I will not be returning anymore.

This place is the worst, the service and folks that work there so rude and always have a bad attitude. WHAT HAPPENED to customer service and being polite. If you don’t like your job find another one.

We ordered the Mickey Dinner Box and they did not put meat on the big Mac’s and forgot the cheeseburgers and condiments.

We will NEVER be ordering from here again, let’s hope that the new McDonalds does better for their clientele.

I stopped by this McDonald’s recently, and overall, it was a pretty good experience. My food came out hot and fresh especially the fries. You can tell the staff puts in effort to keep things running smoothly, even when they’re busy.

The service was good, but they were a bit understaffed during my visit. I had to wait at the front counter for a while to get my order, but the employees were super nice about it. They even hooked me up with a free large fries to make up for the delay, which I really appreciated. That kind of gesture shows they care about their customers.

The dining area was clean and well-kept, and I noticed the staff constantly wiping tables and restocking napkins. One of my favorite things about this location is the kids’ play area, my kids had such a great time there while I finished eating. It’s clean, safe, and very family-friendly. I also really like how they added a bathroom inside the play area. That’s such a smart idea, especially for parents with little ones. It makes things a lot more convenient.

When we arrived, there were a few people hanging around outside. They didn’t bother anyone, but it’s something to be aware of when coming or going.

If you visit often, I highly recommend downloading the McDonald’s app. It gives you free food and awesome deals, which makes eating here even better.

Overall, this McDonald’s is one of the better ones I’ve been to. The food was hot, the service was friendly, and the play area makes it perfect for families even though they were a little short-staffed, they handled it well and made sure everyone was taken care of

Great service, the cashier was very funny and nice, had a great chat with him and the food was brought out really quick, the ice cream machine works. The cashier that was very funny, helpful, and friendly his name was chris, please give him a raise and him a higher promotion. Someone mustve had a mcfit because the screen was broken, although it was broken it was completely fine.

Last time I went they took 2 hours to get me 2 happy meals. I went now and it took them 45 minutes ti give me the wrong coffee. I had to park and go inside and tell them and she stared at me. I hsd to hold out my receipt for her to eventually take it and they literal just poured the same drink in a different cup. Im gonna just tell my bank to dispute the charges since yall are ao incompetent

I tried to order breakfast at this location at 3:00am within the app, only to be told within the app I cannot order breakfast until 4:00am. I ordered a meal only to get there to drive thru to be told that it's already breakfast at 3:30am that breakfast starts at 3:00am. (Terrible service) You cannot say one thing and the app says another thing I actually called 3times only for the phone to ring once and hang up all 3 times and it's still not even 4:00 am yet! The person I ordered for couldn't even get they food thanks a lot for terrible service! I can't even cancel my order!

I want to be clear that what I’m about to write is not based on a single visit. I’m posting this because it happens almost every day.

I stop by this McDonald’s after work, and every single time I arrive the dining area is dirty. The tables—especially the ones in front of the cashier and around the playground—have visible stains and crumbs. It’s hard to find even one clean table. I usually end up wiping a spot myself, assuming they’re busy, but this has become a pattern, not an exception.

This is disappointing and doesn’t feel like McDonald’s standards. Please address dining-area cleanliness and table turnover so guests can sit and eat without having to clean their own space first.
