This location has consistently gotten worse over the years. We ordered unsweetened tea on a curbside order. When it was delivered to our car, it was sweet tea. The delivery guy was nice about it, but the manager refused to give us unsweet. We eventually got it replaced with coke. But when we asked to speak to the manager, she refused to talk to us. She had a foul attitude the entire time.

I went through the drive-thru on Friday (Nov 1st 2024) to get me my large caramel frappe with extra caramel drizzle inside the cup and on top. The young lady at the drive-thru tells me if she gives extra caramel drizzle inside the cup it will break the machine. I told her I get it at all the other McDonald's and no one has ever said that and I asked her to tell the truth. She said the owner and manager said they can't give extra and tell the customer the machine will break if we give extra. At all the other McDonald's I get charged 40 cents extra. I didn't purchase.

Ordered my food at 1am they totally messed up my order I had ketchup removed and added mayonnaise and cheese they didn’t make any of my changes even tho I paid extra for them, their app is trash and they have no customer service numbers their website just a says call the store or go back to the store and waste more gas I guess. So I decide to call the store only to for it to go straight to voicemail multiple times. McDonald’s was already only an option due to low income but now they’re literally stealin my money. I’m so tired of having to hope I get a staff that actually cares enough to MAKE A FREAKING BURGER CORRECTLY like how hard is that to do. The staff is just lazy, they speak perfect English on the intercom but act incoherent when you drive to window to avoid talking like cowards. I can honestly say I’m done giving my money to this trash franchise, no amount of Hi-C orange is worth being disrespected and ignored.

On the door it says dining room opens at 6am but at 6:38 doors we’re not open and when the lady came to the door to let an employee in I asked her why they weren’t open if it says opens at 6am she brushed me off, said no and proceeded to shut the door in my face. Then when I tried to call they had the phone off the hook. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service.

Every time I make a Uber delivery with this McDonald’s on Almeda Road they do not get the order correct they do not contact you if they are out they are not professional and if they can handle Uber services, they should not no longer use it

Service sucks. The girl in the drive through at around 6pm on 9/28 screamed at my husband telling him that he had to wait at the speaker and place his order. My husband explained that he did wait and that someone had already taken his order and she continued to argue and say that the speaker was the one talking was not her that no one took his order. (Mind you that is a lie. When they took his order on the speaker, they even told him they were out of apples and that if it was okay for him to get double fries how would he know this if his order had not been taking like she said. Makes no sense. Rude young hispanic lady, has no right to be screaming and lecturing customers when she has no idea what on earth she is saying.

Very good place to spend a family time, The employees ARE NOT LATINO》But they are very friendly, they sold me a coffee and I spent 1 hour in the line of cars waiting!》Which anyone was angry, in the end they sold it to me and I didn't have it but I I realized that they were looking for him, so I calmly left, but I did realize that they were very kind and honest.

Come there every week for breakfast I go td I ask for a small mocha frappe twice once at the window and second at the cash register becuase they forgot what I ordered then I go to get my food and don’t even get my mocha frappe with my meal I get a Carmel I ask the lady if I can get my mocha because that’s what I asked for and she goes “no that’s what u told her so u have to take it” and I said so that’s my fault u guys misheard me twice and she says “yes u have to take it” such a ride lady and a bad environment won’t be bringing my business to this McDonalds anymore lol all I wanted was the stuff I paid for

This McDonald's offers the double drive-thru which has become a standard nationwide. My food was mostly ready when I picked up the order by way of the aforementioned drive-thru. My only knock is that the parking lot is on the smaller side. Unless you exit to the south on Almeda, looping the parking lot to exit on W. Fuqua can take some time.
