My food order was correct last night. The fries were hot. My big Mac was made correctly. This was the first time in a long time that everything was correct. I went about a week and half ago, ordered a filet of fish without cheese and got home there was cheese on it. Even my receipt had it on it. I tried to call that night but no one picked up the phone. I live to far to had driven back. I was do disappointed that night, because I had spent my money and my order was wrong.

You deal with a lot of homeless traffic that sit in the play area where the kids are. I don't appreciate that kind of atmosphere for my children's safety. Overall customer service is good, friendly and clean and the food is fresh and hot when you dine in

Whoever the manager was tonight was HORRIBLE. Talked to her employees like they were trash!! Constantly berated the staff and when cashier needed help she grunted and complained. Needs new management.

Drive thru sucked. The monitors were out so you had to order at the window. The window cashier didn't know the specials. The food was like warm and not to my order specifications. I order mayo, lettuce and onions on the burger and I still got pickles and ketchup ...only. After a 45 minute wait, I will never go back there again.

Having to work in an impoverished community is not easy, and is most definitely psychologically challenging, but itâs also not an excuse to be a miserable, disrespectful, and indolent human. Firstly, the location is not truly 24/7. Iâve twice attempted to order food from this location, between the hours of 4-5AM and was told they were closed while they âchange over from dinner to breakfast.â Secondly, when you get to the drive-thru box you donât know if youâre going to get âHow may I help you?â or âWhat you tryna get?â Itâs an absolute gamble if youâll receive what your ordered or whatever theyâve decided to type into the registerâbecause itâs 50/50 if the order will appear on the monitor or it will be repeated back to you. During my last visit the bun of my Big Mac was weapon-hard. I donât mean a little toasted either. I mean it offered zero give to being pinched hard. Now, whether what you order will be given to you at the window or youâll have to wait at their little curb for cold fries is also a 50/50 probability. Lastly, donât ask for ketchup for your French fries; they treat the packets like theyâre a protected commodityâlike street pharmaceuticals. Though this location is less than a half of a mile from my dwelling, lately, Iâve been driving up to the other Cullen location near the 610.
