My food order was correct last night. The fries were hot. My big Mac was made correctly. This was the first time in a long time that everything was correct. I went about a week and half ago, ordered a filet of fish without cheese and got home there was cheese on it. Even my receipt had it on it. I tried to call that night but no one picked up the phone. I live to far to had driven back. I was do disappointed that night, because I had spent my money and my order was wrong.

You deal with a lot of homeless traffic that sit in the play area where the kids are. I don't appreciate that kind of atmosphere for my children's safety. Overall customer service is good, friendly and clean and the food is fresh and hot when you dine in

I haven't seen an armed security guard and the morning crew is usually decent enough.but yes there was a guy in there recently not wearing a shirt asking people for money and they didn't do anything about it.i usually ask for done in and they still give me a takeout bag and I don't know why they have a fountain drink machine in the dining room if they are going to get your soda from the back.But again for the most part the service is ok I will admit not as good...
