The kiosk and online ordering is a nightmare. They have made it difficult to order what you want. It's like playing Where's Waldo. Very time consuming. Ultimately not a pleasant experience. Not to mention that they recently have had food safety issues. Honestly after trying to order I ended up just walking out.

TERRIBLE!!!!! The MANAGER smoking outside by the entrance when my daughter has Asthma . Regardless of my daughter a MANAGER SHOULDN'T! Be smoking INFRONT of kids! What kind of McDonald’s reputation are ya holding?! That manager needs to address and fired. She exchanged words making me belittle knowing that as a parent this is not right. I will go back to the McDonald’s and see if she still there. Because this to honest she was definitely not manager like and not someone that should be representing your franchise. The staff that was there they all laugh at me instead of making things right. Again is this correct? Thank you

Very very bad customer service, I don't even know why I expected more. They got me waiting for a long time on a simple order and was there watching people order and leave and they over charged me from $4 to $10. I'm completely done with this company

Nothing but terrible experiences here. EVERY since time, they mess up my order or forget my food entirely. I would rather drive further out to another location. 0/10, do not recommend.
